Avoid morning rush with this quick over night oats recipe
- Start with the base
1/2 cup rolled Oats
1/2 cup milk or yogurt
- Select Add-ond
1TBSP chia seeds or basil
seeds and 1TBSP Raw honey
- Power it up with Protein
1TBSP Peanut butter
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning add fresh fruits
like bananas or berries and nuts
like almonds and cashews.
Onions, tomatoes, salt, turmeric, pepper, paprika, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon and turmeric. A LOT of turmeric.

There was low-lying fog but before I could get Mavvy up into the air the wind carried that sexy fog away. Was hoping for another above-the-clouds(fog) shot.
1. Brown some diced onions
2. Add in ground beef and brown. Add 1/2 tsp of black pepper and pinches of salt, cinnamon, and all spice.

4. Add toasted pine nuts to fully cooked ground meat and combine.

The Great Lake at Castle Howard had plenty of ducks swimming around and every time anyone moved near the edge of the lake they were ready to collect food.
