Oh, I thought I would manage a good old walk this afternoon but I didn't get too far as it poured down with rain!! At this point on my way back home the rain had stopped but as I was soaked, I just kept homeward bound!!

Threw together this quick custom of The Marshal from The Mandalorian S2 earlier this week. Still absolutely blown away that Timothy Olyphant was brought on to full realize a book-originating character in live-action to begin reintroducing Boba Fett. Wild.
Just another quick but healthy snack before going off on an afternoon walk!

My morning was casual, leisurely, slow almost sloth like in pace...so when this lady almost ran me down (not entirely sure how she missed me...) I did the only reasonable thing...click.......man, she was moving... :)

A quick intense shower hit the western suburbs late this afternoon. As the showers moved east the sub came out and a beautiful double rainbow appeared. Now I just needed a train. Well one showed right as the bow was disappearing but you take what you can get.
Catching a launch shot is fun after spending much time with my lens aimed at perched eagles. They can sit in a spot for hours between fish. I was locked on to this baldie when he made his move, which was just a quick drop and then off.
It all happens so fast.
He/she must have exhaled strongly as there is some nostril spray.
A follow-up shot milleseconds later in comments.
They are so impressive to watch.
The Weekend is here. Hope your weekend is special!
A quick snapshot of what's being tinkered on on my work desk at the moment. Obviously, you know what's being worked on in the background. On the left, in case it obvious as well, is my little L&Y 0-4-0ST Pug project. This engine has always been charming to me, and seeing as it's so small, it can be worked on periodically when the mood strikes me.
On the right, we have a half-completed 1928 Renault 6CV Torpedo in dark grey. This is one of several vehicle MOCs in the works, but this one boasts a more original design and detail than the other two, which is why I wanted to briefly show it and then the others will all be photographed in due time. Mind you, this is one of two Renaults I have built, but more on that later.
I'm also working on a couple buildings, but those were too large to include in the photo. You'll just have to take my word that they're coming along just as well as these are :)
You can expect some more photos of other various projects to come soon. I thought it's good to show projects in the works just as I like to show the finished ones. Stay tuned!
Wig style is based on this picture www.zerochan.net/880850 in different color but I'll make another one in same color when the fur shipment arrives "yep I'm a fan of Tsubasa Amaha"
items you most need:
1- Socks "color is close to skin tone" (made of thin and stretchable fabric )
2- White glue
3- Hair (either fur, heat resistance fiber, human hair etc..)
4- tooth pick
5- scissors (preferably micro tip one )
See the steps in the picture below
For the hard cap:
1- warp the head with plastic warp and tie it with rubber band to hold it in place (so it won't get dirty)
2- Insert the head inside the sock
3- Stretch the sock around the head evenly and tie it with rubber band to hold it in place
4- Now coat the head with white glue and wait for it to dray and then coat it again (at least do 3-5 coats)
5-Then by using pencil draw the cap shape then cut it
Tinned sardines in tomato sauce on toast anointed with a bit of wasabi in soy sauce, topped with diced shallot and parsley and a squeeze of lime juice. A sprinkle of Tabasco Green (jalapeño) pepper sauce was welcome, too! :-)
