The Quicke family have been farming here at Home Farm, near the village of Newton St. Cyres in the South West of England, for over 450 years. 25 years ago Sir John Quicke and his wife Prue built the dairy, where Sir John’s daughter Mary continues to produce outstanding cheeses today. You can read Mary’s diary, or try out some of her recipes here.
Basically the same food as McDonald's. In fact, there was a McDonald's within a 2 minute walk of here. This was taken on Nieu Straat, near Noord Station in Brussels
Wanted to make something quick and easy. Made this adorable tote bag with my fun owl fabric. I didn't use twill tape, but ribbon instead, because that is what I had on hand. This pattern is from McCall's Quick quilts March 2009 and I have used it many times.
Just in case there`s a nuclear emergency or some student disorder... I guess things can get pretty extreme in these parts of the country.

September 4, 2019 - My shore excursion this afternoon was the: White Pass Rail & Klondike Highway. "Presented in multiple languages, marvel at some of North American's most breathtaking sites with a coach ride through Skagway then on to the Klondike Highway and up through West White Pass. Here, you'll stare in wonder at the mountaintop's other-worldly appearance. At an elevation of over 3,000 feet, this lunar-looking area boasts 300-year-old stunted juniper trees and dwarfed spruces that only stand two or three feet tall. Once you reach Fraser, British Columbia, you'll transfer to the White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad, a narrow-gauge "Scenic Railway of the World." Built in 1898 for easy access to the gold fields, the vintage cars have been fully restored, with large picture windows that frame the breathtaking panorama of mountains, glaciers, gorges, waterfalls and tunnels. You'll travel the opposite side of the White Pass, down into the canyon and chug into downtown Skagway where you can disembark for shopping before returning to your ship."

I wanted to blind fold her at the car and she could be brought into the room with nice music
A hummingbird at my Dad's house. They have so many hummingbirds that I can't even begin to count them all.
