My big Linden tree out front changed from solid green to mostly yellow (chartreuse perhaps?) over night.
When I moved here in 2012 the tree was only about 2 ft. above the top of the roof. Look at it now!
The snowy egret was quick to find the catch maybe because the worm moved in the water. Not sure how it sensed it.
On 'stand by' in town (Sheffield) Just stopped for a quick coffee chat & a look at those two HDs!

This is how the Face looked an hour ago. It was still snowing and so
gloomy the lights were on. The second leg is at 4pm under the same
floodlights. They've had to scrape 1m50 of snow from the course, 50cm
of which fell yesterday. The outside world was cut off from Val
d'Isère for a while, but everything is getting sorted out now.
This season is going to be EPIC!!!!
