Hello everyone!

Have you seen Pooh Bear?

He is not in the Hundred Acre Wood

Smile on Saturday: La vie en rose

The question yesterday as we prepared for a hike was cameras or no cameras? The answer was yes cameras although I wasn't feeling high energy so I compromised with a lighter camera body D850 and short lens 300mm VR PF f/4. When the owl flew by we were very happy that we had had agreed cameras :)

in the eyes of a cat I read a dumb question: why did you come?.in the wasteland the only stone that has heated up during the day and on it sits a nice cat..I am often asked why I like cats? A cat is a symbol of freedom and independence. They rarely show aggression. They are our doctors. They are just very, very cute:)

The answer to that question is no, there was no song. He is just stretching his beak. Anyone that is familiar with Cactus Wrens know that when they are singing they barely open their beaks. They have a very unusual and amazing song. To me it is the sound of the desert. I took this photo of a Cactus Wren sitting on a Cholla cactus on the trail leading to Sabino canyon north of Tucson Arizona USA

Who lived here? How many children peered out the windows? What led to the neglect and abandonment? And what is the story behind those chairs? I don’t expect to ever know the answers….

The tree, or not the tree, that is the question ...

Ёлка или не ёлка, вот в чём вопрос.

Поздравляю со Старым Новым Годом!

No question, the Italians have got style and the Tuscans invented it.

In the 13th century, towns such as San Gimignano were often run by feuding noble families, whose towers would show off their economic power. The building process, involving digging the materials, carting them to the site and building the tower, was neither simple nor cheap. The towers were, and still are, owned by private families.

In San Gimignano today, only 14 towers remain of the 72 which stood in the 14th century. This still makes it the "city of beautiful towers" and guaranteed its UNESCO World Heritage Site recognition.

The two white marks on the left hind wing of the question mark butterfly really do resemble a question mark. The undersides of question mark butterfly's wings resemble dead leaves.

#A YEAR OF SOLITUDE@

My attempt at the "Macro Mondays" theme "On Top"

According to the definition of this weeks theme there have to be two things, which "must be different kinds of things". That raises the question:

Is a raisin something different from a grape?

Is the chicken different from the egg?

Is anything even real? Is this philosophy?

(Okay, at least we know the answer to the last question is "NO, get lost!" 😂)

Si guarda,

si gode,

si interroga su quello che chiamiamo bellezza o siamo come quei geni che con una pennellata si produce opere che non saranno mai guardate da nessuno!

We stop

We look

We enjoy

We question on what we call beauty, or are we like those genious who with a brush produces pieces of art that will never be taken into consideration by the passerby.

Have a great monday everyone, buon lunedi a tutti.

Flores de Santa Gemita - Oct 2022 - Enhanced-6

Taken in Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland, 2020.

This is a first for me. A Question Mark Butterfly. It was closed when I first saw it. I knew it was something I'd never seen before because of its shape. Then it opened its wings! Lovely!

"Luanes World - Live the Dream", is the newest addition to the Luanes World sims. But as a difference to "Luanes World" @Slice of Heaven and "Luanes Magical World" @ Morning Glow, who are public sims, "Luanes World - Live the Dream" @ Tabara is a residential sim.

The rentals consist of 7 different houses, all with water view.

The rest of the sim is free for all to use, and enjoy.

Note this sim is moderate, so keep everything naughty inside of your house:)

Each rental, no matter which house you choose, is 799/week, with a 2 week minimum pay the first time.

After the first payment you can pay between 1-4 weeks at a time.

Prims:

You get 250 prims to decorate the house, and the nearest surrounding with. Please keep within the prim limit, as we all have to share the prims available.

If you need additional prims, you can buy extra prims - in units of 25 prims for 75 linden/week. Write me a notecard if you want your prim limit changed.

Privacy:

Each rental has it's own security orb, and the parcel setting is set to private, so you will be invisible to people from outside the parcel.

You can add people to the security orb, once I have set it up for you.

Music and parcel name and description:

If you want the parcel to have a specific name and/or description, write it in a notecard, and I will add that for you.

Also if you would like a specific music stream, you can put that in a notecard as well, and I will change that for you.

Luanes Residential World Group:

"Luanes World - Live the Dream" @ Tabara has its own group where only tenants will be able to join (as well as subtenants). Only members of this group will be able to rezz on the sim, but the public parts are open for everybody.

Upon renting a house, send me a notecard, and I will invite you to the group, so you can start decorating your new home. Any subtenants you need adding, you put in the notecard as well. Note that this is only needed, if they need to be able to rezz as well.

If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact me. If I am not online, please send a notecard, as my IM's get capped.

A lot of questions have been asked. And just a few answers. The answer may has been said, but we didn't realize it. Watch carefuly for it, it may come from the most unlikely place, from the light or from the shadow. Or be ignorant and just don't ask. It makes your life easier, but...

A rare opportunity to ask questions from the team. They look eager to help, don`t they?

(I have no idea if I am allowed to use SL Logo like this? Hopefully someone corrects me if I have broken some rules)

Is it interesting or is it ugly or is it both ... or something else?

My friend moved from a place with an amazing seaside view to a cute little cottage in suburban Wellington. Towering over his lovely garden is this beast of a building.

Steve is such an amazing positive dude and he loves his new abode. I'm not sure what he thinks of this behemoth but I'm sure he would see the beauty in it. What absolutely astounds me is that an architect would put big concrete walls with few windows on a pretty much north facing wall. I think they used to call it progress, not sure what they call it now!

I do like the of agapanthus flowers that line the fence however they're considered a pest in New Zealand as they grow so prolifically and drown out any natives that are generally slower growing.

Have a wonderful weekend my dear flickr friends :)

Answer if you want. I saw this question on the net ( not sure who said that) and I really thought it was an interesting question. My answer is No but I still like to go places far away when it is possible.

** thanks Tota for the texture.**

Looks like he escaped from Jurassic park... a question of survival.

Tout est une question d'angles.

Le tournant à l'angle de la rue, l'angle des jambes d'un personnage, l'écart d'un panneau de publicité...

...Et beaucoup, beaucoup d'angles droits.
