The Questers had split up.
The first group disappeared down one hallway.
We took the other.
Four Questers, one small raccoon, and absolutely no idea what waited ahead.
For a while, there was only the sound of boots against stone.
Then Ruckus stopped.
His fur lifted. His tail puffed. His eyes fixed on something farther down the corridor.
Hope nearly walked straight into him.
Nobody spoke.
Because when the smallest member of the second group suddenly decides he doesn't want to go first anymore...
you pay attention.
A Unique Design:
The striking feature of Quest Toowoomba is its integration of the 1903 Toowoomba Church of Christ building.
The church's historic facade and bell tower were restored and now serve as the hotel's entrance and lobby.

This is a team of Siberian Huskies, I call them the pretty boys of the husky club and are my personal favorite probably because I've had Siberians around for most of my life.
The mushers call them Sloberians, mostly because they are so indendent they will run until they are tired and then sleep and nothing the musher can do to get them moving until they feel rested. As a result, when trail conditions are good you find them at the back of the pack. However, when conditions are bad, because they don't let themselves get to wore out they do quite well. With really bad trail conditions this year maybe it'll be their year.

in questa immagini si intravede il Ponte delle Libertà (Szabadság híd). Uno degli otto bellissimi ponti che attraversano il grande fiume Danubio e collegano Buda a Pest. Il Ponte della Libertà è considerato uno dei ponti più belli del mondo: in stile Art nouveau, con slanciata struttura di ferro. In cima alle guglie delle quattro altissime torri è stato rappresentato, in atto di librarsi, un turul (mitico uccello totemico simile all'aquila che avrebbe indicato ad Árpád la strada dei Carpazi), mentre nella chiave, al centro della balaustra che sovrasta l'arco, campeggia lo stemma reale ungherese con la santa corona. Distrutto da un bombardamento tedesco nel 1945, fu ricostruito pochi anni dopo e rinominato ponte della Libertà.
Questo è il nome che istintivamente attribuirei alla ferrovia della Garfagnana, che ho avuto la possibilità di esplorare nel primo giorno di giugno insieme agli amici Carlo, Damiano e Daniele. Immersa nella natura, questa tratta chiede un po' di fantasia per cercare i punti foto (che comunque non sono pochi) ed offre degli scorci interessanti. E' caratterizzata in particolare da arditi viadotti, come quello che si trova ad Ovest di Camporgiano e che si può vedere nella foto mentre viene percorso da una "tripla" (668+ 2 663) in viaggio da Minucciano a Lucca come R6973.

questa foto è stata scattata in analogico con una vecchia kodak(anni '70)che era di mio nonno , utizzando una pellicola in b/n da 400 iso. è stata poi scannerizzata con un canon lide 70.

Anyway, as many know, sometimes the fog lends itself to a photograph and other times it just gets in the way. But, isn't it fun to find it when you are ready?

Questi due scatti non dovevano essere pubblicati,nascono come corrispondenza privata tra Dafne ed Aidan quando ancora non erano una coppia…(mi sembra ieri ed invece è già passato un sacco di tempo…^_^),ma nel sistemare alcune cartelle li abbiamo ritrovati e mesi or sono li ho spediti ad una certa tesorina per mostrarle il “potenziale” di Lukas LM….che pure con le luci sfalsate ed in foto fatte al volo ha quel non so che di..gnoccaggine!!!XD La signorina in questione mi ha invitata a pubblicarle…così le ho proposto un patto..lei ha tenuto fede alla sua parte..io con SOMMO ritardo adempio alla mia!!!^_^ Spero che mi perdonerà!!! :****
Questo splendido animale si muoveva con grazia tra a circa una decina di metri dalla battigia.
Come un sistema solare si muoveva nello spazio intorno portando con se una corona di piccoli pesciolini variopinti.
