Put some Salsa 46cm Cowbell bars on the CC and rode out to the Gorge. Love the bars. LOVE! THE! BARS! Did I mention that I love the bars? I will soon put some on my rando bike and eventually on my LHT. Nice flat section on the ramp and they flare out at the ends.

Su nido consiste en una taza voluminosa, bien construida, principalmente de musgo verde y forrada con fibras finas y pelusa vegetal, pegadas en gran parte con telarañas; lo colocan sobre una rama horizontal delgada de un bambú o árbol pequeño, que típicamente cuelga sobre una hondonada o quebrada, entre 1 y 6 m. de altura sobre el suelo o el agua. Se reproduce de mayo o junio hasta octubre.
Forman leks o asambleas de cortejo de hasta 10 machos, que cantan desde alturas entre los 2 y 4 m. en arbolitos dentro del sotobosque o borde del bosque.
Alimentación
Sus flores favoritas incluyen las de las platanillas (Heliconia spp.), banano y en ocasiones arbustos del sotobosque como labios de puta (Cephaelis elata).
Comportamiento
En raras ocasiones son territoriales en las flores.
Son menos agresivos y dominantes que lo que sugiere su gran tamaño.
Ciclo anual
Efectúan migraciones altitudinales.

Viven en sotobosques y bordes de los bosques montanos, sobre todo al lado de quebradas y hondonadas; también se localizan en parches de árboles en áreas intervenidas, crecimiento secundario avanzado y bananeras.
Distribución
Es una especie residente común localmente en las montañas a lo largo de todo el país, en ambas vertientes. Se reproduce sobre todo entre los 1500 y los 2400 m. de altura o hasta los 1000 m. en las cordilleras del norte. Cuando no se halla en época reproductiva a menudo desciende hasta los 400 m.
Distribución fuera de Costa Rica
Se encuentra desde el sur de México hasta el oeste de Panamá.

Mide 15 cm. El macho pesa 11.5 grs. y la hembra 9.5 grs. Es muy grande; la cola es amplia con esquinas blancas prominentes; los cañones de las dos primarias son más externos en los machos adultos, bastante engrosados y aplanados, y menos en las hembras y los jóvenes; el pico es curvado hacia abajo, sobre todo en la hembras.
El macho adulto muestra la cabeza, la región inferior y la parte superior de la espalda de color violeta profundo. La cola es negruzca, con la mitad distal de las 3 timoneras más externas de color blanco.
La hembra es completamente verde oscuro por encima, y por debajo es gris con gorguera violeta. La cola es similar a la del macho. El pico y las patas son de color negro.
Los individuos juveniles presentan las plumas de la región superior e inferior bordeadas de forma prominente con anteado opaco y sin violeta, y las timoneras más angostas que las de los adultos. Presentan poco (machos) o ningún (hembras) engrosamiento en los cañones de las primarias; en los machos la región inferior es verde azulado fusco.

This was a Donald Trump bobblehead doll, displayed at the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum at Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The museum has bobblehead dolls of all former U.S. presidents, along with many celebrities.
I put this together with a combination of Mattel Sets: the Happy Family Nursery Playset, the Happy Family Baby Store Playset, parts of Gloria playsets, and other various Mattel Playsets. There are a few other random miniature things that I have collected over the years, and some handmade pieces: the modern brown and white crib, and the sets of miniature cubbies on top of the wooden display shelves. Also, Fisher Price key chains from Basic Fun, tiny flocked Teddy Bears from Hobby Lobby, vintage Fisher Price dollhouse rocking horse, Squinkies, Basic Fun purse key chains. In 1965, Doctor Who was a bonafide success on the BBC so it should come as no surprise that a decision was made to put the Doctor on the big screen. However, despite thoughts to the contrary, it was a decision early on that any theatrical film would only use certain aspects of the television series. Therefore, Dr. Who and the Daleks was never intended to be part of what everyone was already watching but rather it could more appropriately be called an alternate universe version. Here, the Doctor is actually called “Doctor Who” and he is only an eccentric scientist (he isn’t a Time Lord, which technically we didn’t even know about on the TV version yet). Peter Cushing (Curse of Frankenstein, Horror of Dracula) plays Dr. Who as more comical instead of the irascible Doctor as William Hartnell was playing on TV. His granddaughter Susan is there but younger and played by actress Roberta Tovey. Barbara (Jennie Linden) is no longer a teacher but his granddaughter as well and Ian (Roy Castle, Dr. Terror’s House of Horrors) is just Barbara’s boyfriend and has become a bit of a bumbler. Dr. Who has created a time machine in his backyard called TARDIS and it resembles a blue police box. However, there is no explanation of why he would build it like that. First appearing on the Doctor Who television series in December 1963, the Daleks--squishy mutated alien globs contained within powerful robot-like travel machines--were an instant hit, and a wave of "Dalekmania" swept across England, with toys, games, books, and other ephemera being snatched up by the children of the day. Film producer Milton Subotsky, never one to ignore a popular trend, quickly bought the rights to bring the Daleks to the silver screen, pitted against a somewhat altered character called "Doctor Who," played by Peter Cushing.
The story has Dr. Who showing Ian his time machine when Ian accidentally causes it to transport them all to the planet Skaro, although we wouldn’t know that name until the sequel the following year. The story follows the original 7-part television episode fairly close with some differences. Our travelers encounter the Daleks in a city just outside a petrified forest. The planet has been devastated by a nuclear war and the Daleks are the mutated remains living inside a robotic shell. The Daleks here are bigger than what we had seen on TV up to this point. They are also more colorful along with red lights and some even had a claw instead of the usual plunger attachment. Outside of the city, the Thals, remnants of another race but looking more like normal humanoids, still exist but are in search of food. The Daleks cannot leave their city and plan to wipe out the Thals once and for all. However, Dr. Who and his companions work with the Thals to stop the evil plan of the Daleks.
To enjoy this film, a Doctor Who fan needs to leave all expectations at the door. With the subtle differences aside, it is a visual feast of 1960s goodness. Bright colors and a breezy soundtrack make for some lighthearted viewing. Granted, Peter Cushing gives a bit of an uninspired performance but it is fun seeing him match wits with the Daleks. And no, it does not pack the punch that the television series did at the time but at just 83 minutes, it moves along quickly in establishing this new Whovian universe.
The Doctor Who TV series was produced for 26 seasons by the BBC between 1963 and 1989 and relaunched in 2005. It holds the Guiness World Record as the longest running science fiction television series in history. Peter Cushing takes on the role of the Doctor in this film based on a story from the first TV season. The film has our time-travelers befriending future humanoids who are under nuclear attack from a foam-spitting race of robotic mutants.

St Francis Xavier's Cathedral Adelaide September 2, 2013 Australia
St Francis Xavier's Cathedral is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Adelaide, South Australia. It is classified as being a Gothic Revival building in the Early English style. The tower stands 36 m high and is 56.5 m lengthwise and 29.5 m horizontally. The foundation stone was laid in 1856, and construction of the tower began in 1887. However, it was not completed until 1996.
In 1838, two years after the proclamation of South Australia, an advertisement was put up to organise religious meetings for South Australian Catholics. The first mass was held in a house on East Terrace in 1840. In 1845, a Catholic Primary School was set up, and used as the religious centre for Catholics, until the foundation stone for a cathedral was laid in 1851 for a design by Richard Lambeth. However, with a gold rush in Victoria, Lambeth left along with many of the population, leaving no plans, and with the community in economic depression.
The original foundation stone was put in place on 17 March 1856 by the Vicar General Father Michael Ryan, with the first part of the cathedral being dedicated on 11 July 1858. It was first extended when construction began at the southern end of the Cathedral, including the sanctuary, Side Chapel, Lady Chapel and Sacristy in January 1859. Construction of the first extension finished the following year in November 1860. With further growth in the population of Adelaide, another extension was required to seat more worshippers. In November 1886, Bishop Reynolds laid the foundation stone for an extension on the eastern side for a further 200 people, as well new vestries and confessionals. These were completed in August the following year. In 1904, electric lighting was introduced. The Cathedral was expanded again in 1923, with extensions to the Western aisle and northern end of the bell tower, and was opened in April 1926 by Archbishop Spence. The cornerstone of the current bell tower was laid in 1887, and although the lower part was
built between 1923 and 1926, it was not completed until 1996, 109 years after construction of the tower commenced. The bell used in the tower is the Murphy Bell of 1867, surrounded by thirteen other bells hung for change ringing, installed in 1996, 7 of these bells date from 1881 and were previously in St Mary's Cathedral, Sydney.

Estava mega ansiosa para receber meus esmaltinhos gringos e qdo chego em casa, vejo o pacote no chão, jogado no meio do quintal...
Corri pra abrí-los e percebo a SURPRESA!!! Um deles todinho fora do vidro, vazado... A tampa QUEBRADA... Quebrou bem na parte de rosquiar, deixando um toco pra fora (fig. 4)...
Isso pq no envelope estava escrito FRAGILE (fig.1)... Pro carteiro, provavelmente é uma palavra em GREGO, né?! Pq ele simplesmente arremessou o pacote!!! E já NÃO é a primeira vez q isso acontece. Minha mãe disse q o antigo carteiro sempre teve o cuidado de deixar as encomendas num cantinho do portão de entrada... Ou qdo era algum envelope escrito NÃO DOBRAR, ele tb deixava lá... Agora q mudou de carteiro, ele DOBRA mesmo escrito para n dobrar ou arremessa qdo o produto está escrito frágil...
Como o Correio fica longe de casa, só dá pra ir de carro, (ontem feriado e hj meu pai precisou do carro, assim como minha irmã) vou tentar ir amanhã sem falta, pessoalmente, para fazer reclamação desse INFELIZ!!! Sim, ele é um INFELIZ mau humorado!!!
Sei que n vai adiantar 'LHUFAS' eu reclamar, pq eles n vão me devolver o produto e mto menos pagar o valor real dele... Mas pelo menos vou descarregar em alguém!!!

Bom meninas, só pra dar uma satisfaçãozinha p vcs... O carteiro passou aqui em casa hoje e meu marido foi lá atendê-lo... Não sei como, mas imagino que os superiores dele receberam a minha reclamação... Ele veio se desculpar, se explicar e até dizer que arcava com as despesas q eu tive com relação à encomenda. Eles conversaram, tal e meu marido o desculpou e disse que apenas queria q ele se comprometesse a ter mais cuidado com as encomendas e cartas... Que as colocassem onde o outro carteiro sempre fez...
Bom, acho q valeu e já fiquei satisfeita...
Caso os Correios entrem em contato cmg, falo pra vcs...

Bom, agora a pouco veio o "superior" do carteiro, o sr. Rogério falar pessoalmente comigo. Fiz uma declaração pra ele por escrito de tuuuudo o q aconteceu e que já ficou resolvido...
Fiquei realmente espantada e jamais esperaria um retorninho sequer dos Correios. Então meninas, se acontecer algo assim ou parecido q vcs ficaram insatisfeita, reclamem pq realmente funciona! Eles prontamente me atenderam tanto por telefone qto pessoalmente!
Obrigada! Eu realmente n esperava essa preocupação td qto a nós, clientes...
Aproveito a deixa final para me desculpar qto algumas palavrinhas "feias" aí de cima, mas sei q vcs entendem o nervosismo da pessoa aqui, né?! hauhauhauahuaha
