Pushups, situps and a two-mile run only comprised a small percentage of the day’s activities for roughly 300 cadets competing Oct. 20 for selection into a Military Individual Advanced Development program. I recently heard about the One Hundred Pushups

Training Program and thought it would be cool to give it a try. Did my intial test yesterday and only did 25 in a row. Tonight I did a total of 47...I'll take another picture in 6 weeks with an update.
