Push Along

My hundred push up challenge has soared to new heights. I'm on week 4, day 2 of the 6 week training program hundredpushups.com. Today I did 117 push ups in 5 sets! Awesome! Eventually, I hope to do them all sequentially but still how exciting to make such progress. I'm stoked! Tonight I'm packing to fly home to Seattle tomorrow. Watch out Pacific Northwest, here I come!!!!
