I deliberately ignored the 1/focal length rule and wanted to see "how slow I could go". 1/40 is obviously pushing my luck as it's a bit soft.

I shot this downtown on Pacific Ave. in Santa Cruz California, USA.

I have since seen many other shots and angles as one would expect.

The statue does move as well if you push on the ball it will swing like a pendulum.

I used my Nikon N2000 and a 20mm f/2.8 lens with Fuji 200 color film.
