I run every day, but at least 4 days a week I do a little bit of yoga and/or a push up sit up combo.
Today, was really cold and rainy so I did not feel like taking my socks off to do yoga.
I am obsessed with running, but the stretching and strength training of yoga, etc. has made me feel better all around.
The Action Hero Pro does 200 one-armed push-ups before having a bowl of gravel for breakfast and then punching Chuck Norris in the groin.

I thought this had a similar feel to the “Working Together” (my name) sculpture pictures I posted a few weeks back. I don’t know if it is the same artist but the style is quite similar.
This is a piece by Fred Hunnicutt, a local Bay Area artist from Santa Cruz. He has a couple of pieces on display in parts of Palo Alto I’ve seen.
I like the piece, but I knew instantly it must be a guy who designed it. No woman would ever think of working out in high heel wedges(?) like the ones she is wearing. That’s just silly.

This was by far one of the coolest mutant vehicles I've ever seen. It was a giant walker driven by (my best guess) a tractor engine...something with a huge amount of torque. The engine would rev and the thing would take a step forward. It moved pretty slowly, but so interesting to watch.
To turn, there was a center leg that the driver would lower to raise the other legs off the ground. Then everyone would get out and push on the corner which would turn the walker as it pivoted on the center leg. It looked a little sketchy, but it worked.
Made with Vanilla Sponge & Vanilla Buttercream. So easy to make and think these will be a hit wit the children - they even have lids! xx
This is called pushing mud. When boats at Port Fourchon have no place to tie up the Officer On Watch (OOW) pushes the bow of the boat up into the muddy bank of Bayou Lafourche to standby for orders.

This is one of over 30 of my Flickr pictures which had ended up as "private" without any intervention whatsoever on my part. In the process, all the "favourites" and other data has been lost.
As some of you may know, I have a long-running "Breaking News" series where I keep track of my picture viewings as they reach 1,000, ad seriatim, and bring them them to the fore as and when the viewings have exceeded that number. Until, this happened, I knew whether a picture was the 100th, 500th, 712th or whatever picture to hit that "magic number". Not any any more.
This one, which was first posted in November 2015, has yet to join the "1,000 Club".
Flickr thinks that the cause of the problem has something to do with the Flickr / Light Room interface. If that is the case, I surely cannot be the only person affected.
