This is a pullover for my mother in law, a woman who defies tradition by getting smaller and smaller every year. This may even be a little too big for her. Ger assures me she will wear it, and I hope he's right. (At least, I hope she wears it more than the once a year when I'm there to be polite.)
5 skeins of Bernat Cot'n Corn - 19128 Basic Water
US 7 / 4.5 mmFree pattern off from elann.com
Knit one size larger to compensate for the difference in gauge.
Yarn is soft but tend to split if not careful which slow down the knitting. Also every skein has at least one knot.
Should have stay with small size instead of gone up a size. The pattern is very stretchy. It is too bulky and too big.
Gauge: 19 x 25 = 4"
sleeve detail; my husband requested tapered sleeves instead of the straight ones in the original pattern
