I got this pattern from a Vogue baby knits pattern book from the National Library. Everybody loves Vogue knits, and no wonder! This is my first knitted clothing, and it's good that it's in baby size so it'll knit up fast(er).

this sweater had been sitting in my "to seam" pile since the new year. (can you tell seaming and weaving in ends is my least favorite part of knitting?) but i finally decided i HAD to finish this in time to wear before the end of winter, so i sat down this weekend and proceeded to weave in every last bit of hanging string and seam up the one side and underarms. voila! i think it turned out rather nice.
knit using jo sharp silkroad aran tweed in colors bridle and twig
Simple double stranded raglan pullover I worked in the round in basic stock. st w/ ribbing stacked at midriff - It was a chunky knit done on size 11 & 15 circs - this one I didn't take any notes for...it was a much needed free-minded knit. It's a softy!
This top-down pullover is worked no sewing, including the zipper installation. Grove features Dream in Color Classy (a squishy worsted merino) in Tokyo Creme. It's accented with handmade leather patches on both shoulders and elbows. The kid-version preceded it, so now you can make it for your man no matter how little or big.

A whirling dervish of a knit that is not only worked in the round, Carousel can be worn differently by turning it around and around with a neckline that pirouettes according to your whim.
Worked outwards from a center cast on, Carousel is comprised of 4 cabled panels for the front and back. Once these four panels have grown to the appropriate size, each panel is placed on a holder, and the front and back are joined by uniting the matching pairs. Each of the four parts are again worked in the round to create sleeves, a hem, and a collar any way you spin it.
Perfectly symmetrical when finished, the charts may look complicated but once in the rhythm, Carousel flies off the needles. Lightweight and breezy, this is a merry-go-round of a knit, perfect for warmer days.
