Here is a view from a pullout along the heavily trafficked Canada Highway 1. Mount Rundle is 9,672 ft high (2,948 m) and is actually quite impressive in person. The picture does not do this mountain any justice. This is in Banff National Park.

Installation of a custom closet. On the far left of the closet, there is a hutch unit that allows for 22" deep drawers while cutting back the top to 14". This adds a nice design feature. Just to the right of the deep drawers is a pullout hamper for dirty laundry.
We were driving from Watson Lake to Tetsa River, BC. No one else in this area when we stopped here. August 9, 2016.
At an unnamed pullout on the way back to our Motor Home, there was this view, an unusual one since it looks to the east rather than to the north as most of the viewpoints do. Here we can see Vishnu Temple (the high pointy thing - 9 miles), the Inner Gorge (a gorge within a gorge - 5 miles) & Desert View, where we just came from (the bump on the rim at the right - 13.5 miles). Gotta do the splits and keep muscle tension to make the corner and get around it. all the while, not using the lip on the top. just face holds.
