Yum! Its pulled pork for dinner.

One of the most fun things about this party was the unabashed (and truly carnivorous) way everyone was just reaching right in and pulling hot pork off the bone. There was much steam coming off the pig--I love how it looks like Jennifer's reaching into a cauldron of dry ice or something, even though she's just going in for more hot pork!

With sweet potato fries. Sandwich fell apart under the weight of the pork very quickly. It was massive.

I still have issues with the pork being chopped and not pulled, btw.
