Fat matts rib shack has one of the best pulled pork sandwiches ever. The baked beans might be too heavy with sweetness for some but i like the beans and the coleslaw. Its not out of the world place for ribs and what not. but def worth a visit if ever in atlanta.

Pulled pork is a form of barbecue in which pork, usually shoulder cut (sometimes referred to as Boston butt) or mixed cuts, is cooked using a slow cook method. With these extended times at low temperatures, the meat becomes tender enough that it can be "pulled", or easily broken into individual pieces. Pulled pork is found around the world in a variety of forms.

The TL;DR version is that you put a small amount of lit charcoal on top of full chamber of unlit wood/charcoal. Throughout the cooking session, the unlit charcoal is gradually lit and used. This prevents you from having to add fuel during the smoke.
These Cherry Coke Pulled Pork Sandwiches are crazy good. I think this is one of my best creations to date. The spiciness of the pork, with the sweetness of the Cherry Coke based barbecue sauce and the creamy goodness and crunch of the cole slaw makes an amazing combination.
