The Friday Night Tea Party in the lobby area is a time to enjoy some tea and admire dolls. There's also some informal selling to indulge in.
Trying something different in a landscape setting.
Wished I had a polarizer to cut the reflection off the puddles.
It's not a fractal, but that's why I took the picture of this puddle on the road. It's not your typical oil spill. Maybe radiator fluid?
Sun and clouds reflected in a puddle on the top of Seven Kings car park in Kingston on Thames.
Ripples by the Toe of Mole.
In retrospect, I wish I would have put something in the puddle in the top left corner to help give some reference. the great thing is that It rains in portland a fair amount, so the puddle will probably be back. That sign isn't going anywhere, too.
Puddles and a cliff on opposite sides of Stadsgårdsleden, the roadway leading toward Slussen outside Fotografiska, the photography museum in Stockholm's Södermalm district.
It rained a lot before we got there. We had to cross lots of puddles. Didn't take us long to remember to close the vents before a water crossing.

Took these reflection shots during "break up", before the leaves appeared. I didn't like them at the time. I think they were reflecting how I was feeling as well as the trees. Now that leaves are out and we have over 19 hours of daylight, I like them.
One of the puddles in the park. The different shades and hte reflection of the trees estimates the depth of it.
Belending into the scenery.
It was pretty special being apart of a small group of male staff at a summer camp for young women. We all seemed to get along all summer. The most interesting was how we were seen by the campers. Maintaining a good rapport with them and being brotherly with young kids was new to me and these dudes helped me with that tremendously. Forever good times. Here was an idea I had for a great photo of the guys while not getting any camper faces in the shot. Hilarious stuff.
This puddle was so bad that even some ATV riders refused to go through it. On 4/21/2007 I dug out the ditches and drained most of the mess you see here.

Jack Skellington and Harry Potter customs.
Skellington was an amazing effort! Both are wonderful.
Best seen large, this is a large, flat puddle off Highway 64, at the White Buffalo Company. This is reflecting the farming trailer seen in the largest view in my stream. A small, isolated part of the reflection is seen in a different angle, here.
