Calamansi Custard Pudding Recipe with KitchenAid | This one's for the citrus lovers! This recipe for luscious custardy pudding with a punch of tang from calamansi is made easy with the help of KitchenAid.

This was one of many cakes & puddings created to celebrate the 18th birthday of my nephew, Jack Chilton.

Teacake was horrified by what appeared to be a thoroughly burnt pudding, but thanks to the thermal power of sponge, the burntness was only about 1mm deep, revealing yummy berries and cake beneath!

When Jenn makes and eats pudding, swear to god, Emma can be at the other end of the house and just know it's out. And she becomes an obscessed cat cruise missile looking for pudding.
