I got this dessert at the Indian buffet and the scent was something familiar I couldn't place so I had Daryl smell it to try and figure it out. He didn't know what it was.
Maybe ginger? Cardamom? Cinnamon? All three?

Please forgive me, late upload along with a bag photo.
But look at that pudding. Any tawianese person will know that this stuff is second to NONE.
My parents brought some of this stuff back when they came back from Taiwan a few weeks back.
Katherine and I baked a cake today. It was the first layered cake I\'ve ever baked. We even bought 2 more pie pans to help make all the layers. It has a chocolate mint pudding outside as frosting and a white cake with mint Oreos and mint. It is delicious!
