Some day I'll also explain the Grand Hotel and what a bizarre and wonderful treat it is. They are definitely known for the fair in their main dining room. Thursday night's dessert was this absolutely amazing Bread Pudding. I won't go on - I cannot do it justice - but I love it at f/2.
Wonderfully indulgent breakfast with yoghurt and fruit for mum and me. You can even kid yourself it's healthy.

We walked down to Glen Canyon Park on Saturday so Pudding and Umi could go hiking. They spent most of the time sitting on a log talking, but that's OK. This is a very pretty park in the canyon near where we live - we need to do this more often!
The sweaters, hats and scarves Pudding and Umi are wearing in these shots are some of the very first dolly items I purchased in 2009 and are still some of my top favorites!
Kobe is supposed to be the Pudding-capital of Japan, so these are two puddings, along with a cherry-flavoured soft drink.
Another year where all the brandy stayed on the Christmas pudding, meaning my Mum didn't enter the room with her forearms ablaze.
Still, even as someone who doesn't really like Christmas pudding, it's a lovely moment of spectacle nonetheless.
