Patriarch - is tyranid genestealer, powerful psyker, what controls over mind of its followers. It's a main and sacred figure for genestealer cult, what silently and secretly, by force and politics, corrupts Imperium society by ideas of revolution to the name of Four Armed Emperor.
As Blue Battalion grew in effectiveness, it was realized that while they were trained for dealing with mutants and cult fanatics, the Soldiers of Blue Battalion were extremely effective against the standard threats that Red Battalion dealt with.
Trained in the harsh battle field of Blue Battalion, fighting fearsome mutants wielding terrible power both Physical and Psychic, Blue Battalion created some heroic champions.
These were selected by White Guard Command, given advanced training and special access to weapons and armor. Among their access was a special and highly advanced rifle designed from combining both Blue and Red Battalion technologies: The Nex Atrum Tabellae.
The end result was deadly Psyker Assassins that operated independent from any Battalion.
Because of the nature of their roles, the Psyker Assassins often are supported by Green and Gold Battalion troops into battle.
EDIT: to whom it may concern, someone by the name of Julio C Napoles is trying to claim this as his own on the FB group. It is not.
when we created this character, Sandra Palletier and me, we already though about a strong personality with a powerful mind. This is just the conclusion of this way.
- IMPORTANT - EDIT: to whom it may concern, someone by the name of Julio C Napoles is trying to claim this as his own on the FB group. It is not.
Blue Battalion, elite warriors trained in the way of the psyker, and silver tongued orators to the last of them. They are no ordinary army, for they are trained to find, thwart, and exterminate the Cults of Mutation.
"Patronus of Sanctimonia , Mens quod Animus"
But even the Blue Battalion finds themselves out gunned.
The Animus Proeliator is a power weapon, firing special Psychic charged rounds through a massive energy generator which, when the round collides with the energy field, results in a super charged plasma projectile capable of incinerating through two layers of standard energy-reflective tank armor.
What it does to flesh and infantry armor is far worse.
It is the ultimate and final answer to the cult-mutant crisis.
(yes, I did totally start going WH40K-ish with this stuff)
EDIT II: ignore the random grey shape on the stock, that was an accident... i'm not really sure how it got there.
EDIT: woah, them ninjas are everywhere. (stirling and chaos this time)
Amphora-psyker from Chalkis, ancient Greek city located in North-East Attica.
Up to now samples of Chalkidian amphorae have been found, mainly, in Tarquinia, Cerveteri and Vulci areas, and their number is small.
Probably the Chalkidian amphorae were made in Sicily where some colonies of the Greek city of Chalkis were located.
This amphora dating from 550-540 BC was found in Cerveteri. It is attributed to the so-called Inscription Painter

The Crimson Prophet was once a rogue psyker and a charismatic leader of an anti-Imperial rebellion on his homeworld of Burton Primaris. For his success, he was chosen by Abaddon the Despoiler as a new champion of Black Legion and mutated by Tzeentch, Chaos God of magic and ambition. Now the Crimson Prophet is an infamous Black Legion Sorcerer who hovers above battlefields on a daemonic Disc of Tzeentch, destroying Imperial troops with evil warp energies from his force staff and hands.
The Command Squad is a brain and a heart of any Imperial Guard Regiment. It consists of a high-ranking officer (Colonel or General) and regimental specialists such as Commissars, sanctioned psykers (psychics) and priests of God-Emperor.
Next addition to my LEGO WAAAGH!!! - Weirdboy.
Weirdboyz are the most psychically powerful of all Orks as they act as a focal point for the psychic energy generated by their greenskin comrades. Orks are generally pretty rowdy, and as a result the Weirdboy can pick up quite a lot of psychic energy which can, unless dissipated, prove spectacularly fatal for him. Weirdboyz often release their pent-up energy as a devastating blast, resulting in a messy and untimely death for anyone in the vicinity. Sometimes they disappear entirely, reappearing amongst the enemy with a blinding green flash. However their powers manifest, the Orks that follow them into battle are always guaranteed a good show.

The man known as the Crimson Prophet had an interesting and complicated life. Born Demetrius Janus, he was taken in his childhood to the Imperial Guard for his powerful psychic gifts. Harsh and torturous "training" and mistreatment led him to disappointment in the Imperium, so at one moment he became a rogue mage owing his life to Tzeentch, a Chaos God of deceit and changes. With a Tzeentchian daemon accompanying him inside his head, the newly named Crimson Prophet returned to his homeworld of Burton Primaris not as an Imperial hero, but as the leader of revolution against the corrupt and psyker-phobic regime. The cunning sorcerer was able to rally Burtonite people against their rotten Governor, and though they did not ultimately succeed, he was given a reward from no other than Abaddon the Despoiler, the Warmaster of Chaos who planned to make Burton his new foothold. The Crimson Prophet could not accept the true gene-seed due to his age, but he was mutated into a Chaos Marine-like creature with enhanced psychic potential. And now he brings the will of Abaddon and Dark Gods to plenty of Imperial worlds in the Galaxy.
The Harlequins deploy not only usual troupers, but also specialized warriors. The Shadowseer is a battle psyker who casts powerful nightmarish illusions enhanced by back-mounted Creidann hallucinogenic grenade launcher. The Death Jester likes dark humor and carries a heavy Shrieker cannon that shoots poisoned shurikens. Meanwhile, the Solitaire (called Veoniel) is a very special kind of Harlequin who travels alone and has a right to play Slaanesh. His soul already belongs to this Chaos God and he is thought to be cursed, but still his martial skills are beyond imagination. The Masque of the Grim Flame also uses enigmatic torches with pecuilar fire. If someone sees this torch, that means the Masque is near.
40/365 - A Farseer is the most potent and respected form of Eldar psyker or Seer who was once a Warlock but has now become lost upon the Path of the Seer forever in the same way as the Exarchs are wed eternally to the Path of the Warrior. They are most often known for using their vast psychic powers to see the possibilities of the future to be able to manipulate events to better ensure the survival of the Eldar species in the wake of the Fall.
he is the guardian of my ancient ivory tower project!
he might be me 10 years from now?
Peace and Noise!

Spiritseer Tillmiele is an Aeldari psyker who excels at soul magic and making of wraith constructs. She usually wears a faceless reflective helmet, and her face can be seen very rarely.
Putting the other half of that Calth characters sprue to use. This was a pretty simple kitbash, even if making room for the Terminator Lord head took a bit of creative cutting.
Really happy with the end result of this conversion, and the base - a mini diorama of sorts, I suppose - was quite the striking success, in my opinion. Certainly not bad for a spare bloodletter head, some hot glue and a paperclip. :)
If I could choose to improve on one thing, it would be the glow of the staff head - I've tried blue glows a few times, without any great success. Might be that I simply don't have the right colours - I may have to pick up some electric blue layers if I keep making psykers.
All in all though, proud of this project and somewhat self-satisfied to be able to say I now have a fully converted representation of each Chaos Marine HQ. I may have to add alternative versions as time goes on - a Jump Pack Lord, a Sorcerer on a Disc of Tzeentch, etc - but for now, I'd say this is quite an achievement in of itself. :)
C&C appreciated as always!
The characters from Xenoarchaeologist (my Warhammer 40,000 fan fiction) in the 42nd millennium, part 1. Three of them (except for the Farseer and Murzinx) are the rethinking of LEGO Adventurers characters in the WH40k universe.
Johann Donner is an Imperial Inquisitor from Ordo Xenos and a xenoarchaeologist. 200 years ago he was blamed by his colleagues for allying with Aeldari and had to flee to T'au Empire where he served the Greater Good. Now, when the Galaxy is torn apart by the Great Rift and besieged by Chaos, resurrected Primarch Roboute Guilliman forgave Donner and reinstated him in Imperial service. Johann still wears his old Inquisitorial hat and jacket and wields a power sword and an Inferno pistol, but now he also donned a modified T'au infantry battlesuit.
Magos Charles Kilrus once was in Donner's retinue, and currently he is working on several top-secret projects led by Archmagos Dominus Belisarius Cawl. His look is now more canonical for a tech-priest, complete with mechadendrites and a servo-skull. And he never forgot his pith helmet given by Praetorian Imperial Guardsmen. Charles Kilrus is armed with an Omnissian power wrench and a laspistol.
Patricia Red was an interrogator in Donner's retinue and got a promotion to an inquisitor. Now she goes on different missions - sometimes with her lover Johann, sometimes separately from him. Once a simple clerk of Administratum, Patricia grew into a formidable fighter armed with two stub pistols. Her costume and cloak that she got on Gue'vesa planets are rough and battle-torn.
The enigmatic Aeldari Farseer is a long-time friend of Donner, Kilrus and Patricia. Very much like Johann, he was exiled from his Craftworld for the alliance with "despicable mon-keigh". Then the Farseer joined the Ynnari - a new Aeldari movement dedicated to the God of the Dead. He sees this as a good opportunity to reform the conservative Aeldari race... and to resurrect his dead sister - at least in the form of a living wraith construct. The Farseer changed his old violet robes for black and red colors of the Ynnari. He is a very powerful psyker armed with a singing spear, and his powers allowed him to live more than 10000 years. While the Farseer still looks young, his body slowly turns into crystal, with his left hand already transformed. He is accompanied by Murzinx, his pet Gyrinx - a cat-like creature that can ehnance the psychic potential of its owner.
They Go by many names as illustrated above (in the title)
Every kingdom in the old world has at least one…
…as King Henry called his employee in a cone-hat, a humbug… a parasite…
Yes and most are, with a few exceptions, but they still fill a role in the medieval kingdoms, since the people are superstitious and every clever King, Queen and Ruler has one employed…
Even though they are aware that the lack powers, they know that if sufficiently controlled can be an asset in controlling the religious crowds by fake prophecies and tricks…
Because of this the rules often employ individual mages the know they can control, like by their weak nature, or like by knowing a secret or weakness that they can threaten to expose if they do not do their lords biddings…
Among the Chaos Space Marines, the mortal heretics march. They are led by a psyker dedicated to Tzeentch, God of Magic and Change. The cultists come in different shapes and bring all the weapons they could find.
