Pour it all together
I don’t set the measure
only my fate bears responsibility
baby it’s whatever
this magical texture
fills up the void inside of me
think I learned my lesson
on another level
take me home and put me straight to sleep
I gotta confess
first I felt refreshed
but the aftertaste is bittersweet
I’m a psychedelic addict
la-lay me down on the mattress
will you just take off my panties
and put the shower on
warning content’s graphic
when the water washes away the rebel
you should pick it up and grab it
before it’s gone
This was a piece of art glass that I photographed at a glass blowing demonstration. I played around with it a little bit in photoshop just to see what might happen. This happened. Not my usual fare...

A spin of the camera combined with some juiced color processing comprises my entry for this week's Crazy Tuesday theme: "Colorful Abstracts."

A year ago i had the chance to watch Lady Aurora dancing the Norwegian sky. The experience is like you are high on psychedelic mushrooms, but its not you, its the nature around you!
As long as we're still in the midnight hours of Halloween, I figured one last Killer Clown pic couldn't hurt.....
During my visit in Rotterdam, I absolutely wanted go through the markthall, which is a giant building full of local markets, bars and restaurants. It's a very crowded place, I had to wait a while till I had nobody in my frame to grab this shot. Patience is a vertue.

Insbesondere die deutschen Namen deuten schon auf die extreme Farbigkeit hin.
I blame (credit) that weird bokeh back/foreground on my newly Windex cleaned windows.
And yes the population is finally back at full bore, so suppose I'll have to get my lazy ass out of my office chair and actually go outside to get some images....
Altho this is a strange little guy --- the 'tattoo' following the beak sort of reminds me of that AMC TV series "Hell on Wheels" in which one of the characters was modeled on the real life Olive Oatman ( again thank you google for wasting my 'valuable' time ) with her tattoed face...
my first "Twirl Effect" in Affinity Photo. Actually easier than in PS.

I saw this Harley near the beach but was not happy with my photos. Decided to play with it in Lightroom and thought this version looked more fun.
Some trippy effects floating oil on a liquid, adding some food colouring then burst the bubbles and swirl.
The psychedelic is a concept the name of which is derived from the Ancient Greek words psychē (ψυχή, meaning soul and dēloun (δηλοῦν, meaning to make visible, to reveal and translates to mind-revealing.
Watch the behind the scenes video! This was an extremely fun light painting collaboration at the oldest standing stone arch bridge in Minnesota. Good times with our friend and talented artist Stan Stalewski.
