10 years ago I decided that I wanted to get a recording set up. When I finally got the money together I ordered a Mac, mic stand, pop filter, mic cable, the original MBox that came with Pro Tools LE and this mic. Within the first week the rubber rings that were supposed to hold up the mic all broke (they were dry-rotted when I got them). I'm a pretty good problem solver and realized that hair ties would do the trick. So, for 10 years this is the way this shockmount has looked, but hey...it works!

Eric Caver is a man who not only looks like he knows what he's doing, he actually knows what he's doing. I try to surround myself with such people so that I can remain in a state of nearly complete oblivion without dire consequences.
Working on the Ritz job. I can't tell you how much I hated this Icon console by ProTools. Just give me a mouse and I'll be ok. lol!
