Finally remembered my sketch. The spot was pretty long so I stretched it out just so.

This was a nice day in Lafayette, Indiana. The locals tell us this is the first legal wall in town and according to public reaction, it's obvious.

Thanks to Kaos and Versa for the liquor store wall hookup.

Slow and steady, and wrinkly with the effort. I knew this would take forever, but I really hope I finish it eventually!

We finally found a color for the final wall in our living room (it's tricky because it runs into the breakfast nook/kitchen/hallway). I found material for curtains, and picked a color that would match the curtains. I still need to make curtains for the pumpkin butter walls (they will be a red to match the living room), and we still have walls to paint in the kitchen, but we are making progress; hooray!

How many cranes can you see at this construction site in Central? The number is supposed to correspond to the amount of economic progress Hong Kong has achieved. But, yet, we can't care for our old or young, or very young!

Rapid, unbounded growth can come at a cost.

From early rail tracks to today’s cars, The Lesner Bridge has been a major factor in transportation for the northern part of the city. The current renovation to the bridge is well underway and progressing well, all while keeping this important artery open.

The current City Hall building is a near-50-year-old structure that has served the city well but, in its current state, is functionally obsolete. Built in 1969, the current City Hall requires major renovations that are complicated by the presence of friable asbestos and the way the electrical and mechanical systems were installed.

On October 3, 2017, Virginia Beach city council unanimously approved a resolution to proceed with the design of a new city hall building. The new three-story structure adjacent to the current city hall, between Buildings 1 and 2, is under construction and progressing well.
