I'm allowing myself to free motion quilt with total freedom. It was scary to get started, like jumping off a cliff, but I'm liking the result, and it is fun! Wish I had the stitch regulator about now- but I love my machine even without it.
I'm following the 100 pushup program, and as you can see I've already more than tripled my max pushups in a little over a week. Keeping up with my data at DAYTUM. It's a great motivational tool.

Most people with a mental health disorder remain either untreated or poorly treated. The growing burden of mental illness and the huge unmet need present an unprecedented challenge in organizing, financing, and delivering effective mental health services.
Health care reform sees a central role for primary care in the delivery and coordination of services, especially for the chronically ill, and so provides a unique opportunity to better integrate mental health services into primary care.
Achieving this goal would make a substantial contribution toward expanding access to mental health services, improving the physical health of people with mental illness and the mental health of people with chronic physical illnesses, and addressing current health care inequalities for people with mental health problems, especially for those who are from racial and ethnic minorities.

An absolute masterpiece of motor car preservation is this 1901 four seater, made by The Progress Cycle Co. of Coventry and registered M 115.
This priceless example of the 500 made by the company is believed to be one of only two remaining today.

Taking down some Drywall revealed this amazing "Ghost Sign".
The Landlord may develop the space into a restaurant (hopefully Thai!) - and hopefully leave this bit of History visible to all the patrons.
Finally after months I got some work done! Even though I hurt like hell and am having a really rough time lately (meds have been brutal etc. etc.) I can't tell you how incredibly good it felt to work on a Kenner! I needed it. This sweet girlie just needs a new lower half and her hairs finished. So close! :)
