The European University Cyprus Orientation Program is designed to welcome new students to the University community, facilitating the process of settling into a new and unfamiliar environment. Orientation days are organized every semester, two weeks prior to the beginning of classes. Faculty and staff are on hand to show students around campus, advise on University policies and regulations, and discuss the selection of courses.
Leaving the HAB, new home to the Progenitor program, the carry vehicle has an extra 662m to travel, basically twice the distance as from the VAB from takes almost 3x as long since it needs to navigate several turns along the way

Brighter Bites is a collaborative effort designed to improve access to healthy, affordable food and provide nutrition education. The University of Texas School of Public Health, KIPP Schools, the Houston Food Bank and Texas Children's Hospital have partnered to offer the 16-week program to third-grade children enrolled at KIPP Explore Academy and their parents. As you can see from the photos, those healthy kale smoothies are a hit!

O principal objetivo do programa “Mais Médicos” é reduzir as desigualdades de saúde ampliando o “Programa Saúde da Família” reduzindo as disparidades no acesso a serviços de saúde de qualidade que continuam atingindo grande parte da população brasileira. O Programa é congruente com o plano Nacional de Desenvolvimento do Brasil 2022 o que vai acelerar os avanços nas realizações das metas dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento do Milênio da Nações Unidas.
Até o momento o Programa Mais Médicos conta com 14,168 médicos, do qual 11,429 são administrados pela OPAS. Os médicos que participam do programa trabalham em 3,785 municípios e 34 comunidades indígenas. O programa Mais Médicos atende a uma população de mais de 48.6 milhões de brasileiros e conta com uma cobertura de 100% de todos os municípios que se aplicaram para o programa.

June 8, 2022 - The Ceramics Program, Office for the Arts at Harvard welcomed the 2022 cohort from the Summer Institute for Technical Studies in Art (SITSA), led by Francesca Bewer of the Harvard Art Museums, for a day of learning about ceramics with a focus on replication.
The visit included presentations about ceramic materials and decoration by Kathy King, a hands-on lesson in slip casting and press molding with Geoff Booras, and a slide presentation about x-raying porcelain figurines by Gabriella Szalay (joining via Zoom from Kassel, Germany) and Anthony Sigel, Senior Conservator at the Harvard Art Museums.
Event assistance was provided by Amanda Aguiar, Darrah Bowden, and Schuyler Dawson. Special thanks to Joe Zina for lending the Ceramics Program a selection of slipcasting molds of flora, fauna, and putti for participants to use.
