Una verdadera fiesta con un show para los niños, globoflexia y pinta caritas, se vivió al costado de la Intendencia Regional durante el lanzamiento del Programa de Control y Prevención de la Población Canina y Felina de la región, donde organizaciones animalistas y la comunidad iquiqueña conocieron la clínica móvil que recorrerá las siete comunas de Tarapacá realizando atenciones veterinarias a perros y gatos, entre ellas, la instalación de 9 mil microchips de identificación para las mascotas.
Neste fim de semana, uma obra em grafite coletiva foi realizada em um muro de aproximadamente 50 metros, na Rua Silvianópolis, no Bairro Santa Tereza. A obra, fruto do Programa Gentileza, da Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte, tem como tema a história e elementos culturais do tradicional bairro, situado na região leste da capital.

A primeira turma do programa “Posso Ajudar? Amigos da Saúde” recebeu em 22/05/2011, das mãos dos prefeito Marcio Lacerda, o certificado de conclusão de estágio. O programa visa qualificar a recepção aos pacientes do SUS-BH, humanizando o atendimento. Day 1: First Day of Better World Curriculum and Terrapin Adventures
On the first day of the program, the Center for Sport, Peace, & Society introduced the 15 delegates to the program and its Strong Women. Better World. curriculum through a series of icebreakers and other activities. Afterward, Trina Bolton, a program officer in the Sports Diplomacy division of the U.S. Department of State, gave a presentation about sports diplomacy and its role in positively impacting communities around the globe. The day concluded with teambuilding exercises at Terrapin Adventures, an activity center and ropes course in Savage, Md.

Sunburst Youth Challenge Academy principal Deni Baughn describes the academy's school program to Rep. For the second consecutive year, The Pointe residents have corresponded with several elementary classes as part of our Pen Pal Program. At the end of the school year, a group of residents visit the school and meet the children they have been sending letters to. The children were just as excited as the residents to finally meet. One class read stories to the residents and another gave a presentation on jaguars. The program is one of our most successful and popular among our residents and they are already looking forward to school starting in the fall. Not sure the kids feel the same about that though!

On Friday, August 24, 2012, Maj. Gen. Joyce L. Stevens, Assistant Adjutant General-Army for Texas and Commander of the Texas Army National Guard honor the Job Education Connection Program (JCEP) for having in 1000th Service Member hired in Texas. Originally began as a pilot program in Texas, Spec. Anthony Tony Christmas became the 1000th JCEP participant hired when he accepted a position with Aramark Uniform Services in Dallas, Texas. During a Native American history-themed sleepover at the National Archives in Washington, DC, 101 kids and their grown-ups spent the night enjoying history-related activities, learning from special guests actor Martin Sensmeier, Jim Thorpe historians Bob Wheeler and Flo Ridlon, and Native American storyteller Perry Ground. After sleeping over night in the Rotunda, participants enjoyed a pancake breakfast made by the Archivist of the United States, David S. Ferriero, on October 14, 2018.

Programa Mais Médicos, Estado do Pará, Ilha do Marajó cidade de Breves, Brasil.
O principal objetivo do programa “Mais Médicos” é reduzir as desigualdades de saúde ampliando o “Programa Saúde da Família” reduzindo as disparidades no acesso a serviços de saúde de qualidade que continuam atingindo grande parte da população brasileira. O Programa é congruente com o plano Nacional de Desenvolvimento do Brasil 2022 o que vai acelerar os avanços nas realizações das metas dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento do Milênio da Nações Unidas.
Até o momento o Programa Mais Médicos conta com 14,168 médicos, do qual 11,429 são administrados pela OPAS. Os médicos que participam do programa trabalham em 3,785 municípios e 34 comunidades indígenas. O programa Mais Médicos atende a uma população de mais de 48.6 milhões de brasileiros e conta com uma cobertura de 100% de todos os municípios que se aplicaram para o programa.

The U.S. Department of State and espnW Global Sports Mentoring Program kicked off the second year of the program with another class of 17 Emerging Leaders and their team of proud female Mentors working in corporations across the country: The Coca-Cola Company; ESPN; Equinox; Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA); the National Hockey League (NHL); NCAA; New Balance; New York Road Runners; Procter & Gamble; The PGA of America; Saatchi and Saatchi (2); U.S. Olympic Committee; United States Golf Association (USGA); Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA); and Women's Tennis Association (WTA).
In the fall of 2013, these women began a journey that would not only take them across the globe to the U.S., but would create an international network of Emerging Leaders that would truly become a sisterhood of support.
Their task throughout the three-week mentorship was to work with their mentor and team to create an Action Plan using their area of expertise and sports to help empower women and girls in their communities.
The program officially concluded in October with a special luncheon to celebrate all that they had experienced and learned and all that they hope to accomplish when they return home.

Whoever dressed this young woman for the church Christmas program did a marvelous job. You've never seen such a look of pure innocence! She's so poised, and she wears her tiara and pearl necklace with such aplomb. The Burger King arm band matches the ensemble perfectly. She's playing her part, and happy to contribute to telling the story of the birth of Christ the King.
