I've researched metal watercolor palettes up and down on the internet, and have not seen this one. I thought perhaps I'd be able to use it with my little magnetized half-pans, but a) they're a little too big, and b) the box is aluminum, so magnets don't work. Nonetheless, it seems like a really nice little box and I look forward to filling it up. This was the last one. They do have an even larger one, but I think this will suffice for now.
