Top view of the activity.
This is a San Francisco commercial culture I've been using for about a month. It's pretty dry for a starter, I guess, and very wet for a dough. I have no idea of the hydration percentage but I might be able to approximate it if I went back to the original feeding instructions. Even so, I've fed it by eye rather than weight.
On this particular day I fed it probably 8 hours prior to this photo.

Introduction to the How to Think Differently and Drive Results process ( bit.ly/1mt4BID ); guiding participants through the shared innovation model. We will interactively explore common blocks to creativity and innovation, showing participants the proper tools to use to ameliorate those blocks and release the needed creativity and innovation to develop or improve products and services.
Outcomes:
- Learn the Five Roles of a Leader in a creative and innovative organization;
- Understand the skills necessary to effectively transfer creative ideas into innovative practices;
- Learn a variant method of brainstorming and how to select the best solutions;
- Find creative solutions to current situations
