I ordered from BBuys.com and am very disappointed with the order.
The following are the problems with the order;
1. The Nikon box containing the D7000 arrived visibly "beat up" with several scratches and mis-marks all over the box.
2. Upon opening the box, it is clear that the camera has been used. The instructional CD is scratched and the contents of the box have clearly been opened by others. The buttons on the camera do not feel like genuine Nikon buttons.
3. "Ronald," my sales agent for this order, at ext 534, sold me a "better" additional battery, one that would allegedly last longer than the one that comes with the camera. As it turns out, the additional battery is identical to the one that comes with the camera.
4. "Ronald" also sold me two 16 GB SD cards stating that the cards are much different than cards sold elsewhere and also stating how DBuys was the price leader on those items. I tried to ask Ronald specifically which card would be sent with the order. As it turns out, the same cards sent to me are for sale on Amazon.com for $25. www.amazon.com/Patriot-Class-SDHC-Flash-Memory/dp/B000VE4PNS
5. The Return and Warranty "terms" expressed at the bottom of the receipt are severe and are not terms that I agreed to either orally or in writing at any time during the phone order process with Ronald.
Has anyone else had this experience? If so, send me a message, please.

Email sent to nabisco:
I purchased a package of Nabisco Grahams Original. As you know there
are 3 wrapped packages in each box. When I got to the bottom package
it appeared that the wrapper was cut off accidentally. The top 1/3 of
the crackers were completely exposed, thus they were stale and
unusable. I am unable to return them to the store as I had already
used the first 2 packages. The job/lot number on the box is #80491
O080494 MO#KV2235000 12/07. The expiration date is 12AUG08AG31
04:39. I took pictures of the package and the box if you want them
I'd be more than happy to send them to you. It appears like there was
definitely a mechanical malfunction, as the package is perfectly cut
with no jagged edges and a perfectly straight cut.

Tunisian Crochet scarf in a very lovely yarn that I can not remember the name of right now. By my calculations, this yarn will give me a scarf that's about 48" long. I was hoping to get 60". So, I'm not sure if I want to keep going or rip it out and make socks with this yarn. It's so lovely, I would love to have it around my neck. I'm also thinking about stitching it closed to make a smoke ring or mobeus.
Problem: Leak on second story above child bdrm coming through vent
Leaking as there is no underlayment , snow and ice build up around, exposed nails around vent causing leak, some missing shingles in front of home, several leak sources from popped up nails
Solution: Able to seal around vent using roof cement, to make water tight.
shingles are too cold to remove and would be too brittle so sealed with roof cement all area where there were missing shingles and exposed wood, renailed popped up nails and sealed
Assessment: The rest of the roof does not have under layment, add underlayment when redo roof, must properly add under layment and reshingle around one or more vents in spring to avoid future leaking.
