Prosperidad Social entregó ayuda humanitaria a 1500 familias de San Benito de Abad, San Marcos y Majagual, en Sucre, durante este jueves y viernes. La visita respondió a la hoja de ruta que propuso el Gobierno Nacional para atender la emergencia en La Mojana sucreña y a la necesidad de entender las prioridades de los escenarios más afectados por la crisis invernal y otros problemas estructurales del país, explicó la directora de la entidad, Cielo Rusinque Urrego.
“Sabemos que son ayudas paliativas, en medio de la crisis que afronta la ciudadanía por esta temporada invernal. Por eso, aprovechamos las visitas para entender las necesidades y acordar prioridades con la población. Tenemos que trazar una mejor hoja de ruta y apuntarle a una política social que responda a la realidad territorial”, dijo Rusinque. Aprovechó para convocar a la ciudadanía a los diálogos regionales vinculantes, a través de los cuales se está construyendo el plan nacional de desarrollo.
Los hogares que recibieron las ayudas humanitarias son sujetos a atención del Sector de la Inclusión Social y la Reconciliación, que encabeza Prosperidad Social. Fueron afectados por las inundaciones de esta ola invernal y por la crisis provocada por la pandemia de covid-19. Las ayudas humanitarias fueron gestionadas ante la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN): representan 992.984.858 pesos.
Prosperidad Social realizó las entregas a través de su dirección regional y las alcaldías. Las actividades cumplieron con todos los protocolos para garantizar la vigencia de la calidad de los elementos y la seguridad y salud de los beneficiarios.
Entre enero y agosto de 2022, Prosperidad Social gestionó en el país bienes en especie para donaciones por valor de 21.526.021.467 pesos. Han llegado a 114 municipios de 25 departamentos. Beneficiaron a 29.289 personas en situación de pobreza y vulnerabilidad.

OK, so there was one problem with the torpedo cable package, the cable ends didn't fit the trigger shifter so I crimped a spare SA end onto the cable. It's not pretty, but it works.

I bough an new Arduino Duemilanove that come with an extra resistor. This resistor need to be removed to Arduino serial works
When it was worked on in Toledo, they had to replace a bolt that acted as a hanger for the generator.... it pivoted from this hanger and an adjustable rod set the tension of the drive belt between the motor and the generator....
We found that the bolt they had replaced had come loose and backed half way out of the hole (ie, the generator half way hanging on, allowing slack in the belt). This is what was causing the strange sounds and vibration. It's amazing the loose belt even had enough tension to drive the generator.
