Williams scored this working printing press years ago when a college considered it 'junk'.

Historic printing press equipment in the medieval Chetham’s Library, Manchester, believed to be the oldest English public library in the world.

 

Flash photography was not permitted and a tripod would have been intrusive to others, so a conventional camera was a non-starter for this and many other photos on this occasion. However, my smartphone came to the rescue and performed well.
