Scanned from a selection of colour prints bought in the early 1980s. Sadly cannot recall the company, but they were all good quality aerial prints. Credit must go to the unknown photographer.

Almost too close! I nearly didn't have enough frame to fit him in as he flew past. One of the rare times I complain about having too much glass.

Woodblock Kabuki Prints from the Lavenberg Collection
Over-the-top stage performances have captivated audiences of kabuki since its inception in the early 1600s - but the role of immortalizing those theatrical moments has long been played by woodblock prints. This illustrates the vibrant style of ukio-e, pictures of the floating world, which brought colorful images of the stage and demimonde in the hands of an eager public with the rise of Japan's urban culture in the 17th century.
As weird as this may be, it was extremely popular so it's going to be print sale photo #4.

FINAL PRINT SALE PHOTO & INFORMATION! READREADREAD:)
Cordillera Escallera Reserve, Peru
I always like finding various animal tracks in the mud, however this was a new one for me. Without reading further, can you tell what it is?..... I'm reasonably certain it is a print from a katydid which landed in the mud, you can see the imprint of the abdomen and thorax as well as the legs around it. I thought this was an interesting find and definitely deserving of a photo.

These are hard to do so that’s why I’m hooked on trying. Just finding whole fish in local markets is difficult.
Whole dead yellowtail snapper inked with India ink and pressed onto Kozo paper. Eye painted on, then wet-mounted onto monotype made with acrylic coated plastic sheet crinkled then pressed onto pastel mat.
Sending off a work colleague of 16 years. He’ll retire in Glace Bay but will have a nice reminder of Toronto.

Day 3! Here is the red version of Hugo Strange. Hugo Strange is my first printed figure and I will provide the link to get him in the comments. In this picture you can see the blue on his glasses a little better than the others. Let me know what you think!
