Looks like a priest. A priest with a broken nose. Always a smile on the face. Always a bottle near him to help for the smile. These days, he's living with Bogdan on a couch in the street. From Poland as his friend. Last evening, he was singing at the moon. Cold was extreme. He had to sleep outside one more time.

The Sandpoint Turn returns to Priest River, Idaho with seven empty centerbeams. We are on the other side of the Pend Oreille River looking at the mouth of the Priest River which the POVA crosses over on a truss bridge built by the Great Northern. This concludes the Pend Oreille Valey portion of this program.

I always read about how difficult of a hike The Priest was on hiking websites around the internet. Turns out if you're at least moderately in shape it's difficult, but doable. It also helps if you don't miss the overlook like I did...ended up going about an extra mile.

I'm gonna try to build some more models using the Sherman base and I have some other tanks I'll upload later this week.

Existing UK public rights of way are often connected together into a 'named' trail, sometimes hundreds of miles long, sometimes quite short. Priest's Way is actually only 3 miles long but conveniently connects the seaside holiday town of Swanage with a small inland Purbeck village, Worth Matravers. Priest's Way is so named because the ancient track goes back to at least the 15th century. The route was taken by a local priest, quite possibly by horse as it is still a bridleway, as he travelled back and forth between the churches in his care.

The story of this photo is the mystery enclosed in the mind of this young priest before Christ.

Was he asking for help?

Or was he asking for forgiveness?

Was he begging for mercy for all human beings, so fragile?

Or was he begging him to enlighten his wavering faith?

I like to believe, whatever his prayers, that his God was lovingly listening.

spring is here. the priest contemplates realization from an exterior vantage point...meanwhile the virus looms, searching for the victim.

What a fantastic gig! Last night, I went along to see one of Derby's local bands, Snow Priests

They played some great covers, with songs from Civil Wars to Michael Jackson. Of course, they also have a couple of their own originals, including The Photocopier.

If you are ever in Derby, make sure to check these guys out!

It is hypocritical to tell a counselee to trust God while you lean on your own skills, effort, and rehearsed Bible knowledge. Sometimes more Bible knowledge only beads up on a hard heart, and prayer is often the only way to furrow the soil so the Word can take root. (Garrett Higbee)
