Went to yoga after work and it was amazing! Strong practice with some tough poses.
I got home to find out my amazing mother had bought berries at Costco for my smoothies. So, I spent the evening prepping it all and chatting with mom. What a great day!
Zucchini and eggplant, pre-sautéed. I'm using a floured edgeless baking sheet to load the pizza onto the stone, but a real pizza peel will stick less. Also, don't use a rolling pin--I cast it aside for a reason. Full recipe here.
this is the proper way to prep the door prior to spraying it. all weather stripping and hardware has been completely mastked off to protect from overspray
