This album page and photos are from a photo scrap book belonging to Charles H. "Happy" O'malley. The album covers images from Texas and Minnesota and is estimated to cover the period from 1918 - 1923. Happy O'Malley lived from 1894 to 1960. He was a first Lieutenant in the army air corp., and was friends with Charles Lindberg.

20 hours later, and I have a new regular and bold. The old regular was a little too heavy. I’m now using the Superpolator test to match my masters before exporting to UFO & importing to Superpolator — I can then better play with weights, create lots of intermediate weights, print and test. This part is not very exciting, but these two clean and matching masters should serve me well.
I’ve blunted the serifs, as it makes it easier to match the masters. I will soften them later. Will try regular, semi-bold, and bold. No need for anything heavier.
