I did a few pictures that played off of the idea of Snow White. I have always wanted to do a modern day Disney Princess interpretation of some sort. Well, here is a start.

good luck to this girl, who from today, will live for two weeks the way the bronze age people did (no modern tools or food, from the fish and nuts she can find). This is her sleeping bag , made of the skins of twenty coypu (beverratten) In these two weeks she and another girl from Archeon will be staying with some other people, who have already made a small house, seomewhere in the Flevopolder, last year she did something similar for a week in the Biesbosch (= "Reed Woods") one of the largest national parks of the Netherlands
All over Cape Town the scene is repeated: lengths of pavement are being dug up to lay masses of fibre optic cable. On the Cape Town Foreshore lengths are being run in preparation for 2010 FIFA World Cup.
