This is a comparison between my modified undamaged Predator mask and the unmodified damaged one. With these mods the mask is pretty damn close to screen accurate I think. Now I just need to add the wires/tubes to the side of the mask. Here's what I did:
- The first thing I did was remold the mask in near-boiling water. I basically just pulled the cheeks apart which in turn causes the crown to lower and curve back more and the chin to be pulled in so it's not so pointy.
- I then ground down the inside of the mask with a dremel tool. Mostly shaving down the inside of the cheeks which are meant to grab onto the sides of the face.
- I then lined the mask with carpet tape as it will no longer stay on without assistance. I also don't put the mandibles on when the mask is on. They take up too much room and make even the modified mask stick out at the chin.

The Siberian tiger (Panthera tigris altaica), also known as the Amur tiger
Blackpool Zoo is fortunate to house a breeding pair of Amur tigers, Zambar and Alyona and their young cubs, two males born in June 2014. Originating from Northern Asia, this species has been hunted to the very edge of extinction. Poaching, loss of habitat to farming and deforestation and the sale of skins and body parts for traditional medicine have decimated their numbers.
Tigers can live up to about 15 years in the wild and longer in captivity. They usually produce a litter of 2 to 4 cubs, which stay with their mother until they are at least 2 years old. The female looks after her cubs with little or no help from the father.
There are only about 4,500 to 5,000 tigers left in the wild. The Amur tiger is the largest cat in the world as well as one of the rarest. A male can weigh the same as 5 grown men and be up to 10 feet tall from its nose to the tip of its tail. They also have huge feet which enable them to move easily across deep snow.
In the wild, they catch and eat mostly deer and wild boar, but at Blackpool Zoo they are fed a diet of rabbit, beef, chicken, vitamins and minerals. They have a “starve day” once a week to replicate their dietary habits in the wild.

The predator closing in!
It started as any other day,until i saw a spider trundling along and just further a wasp appeared,but still had no inkling of the drama about to unfold.Then, all hell broke loose as the poor spider started running for his dear life with the wasp in full pursuit.Caught off guard, i was in a frenzy,clicking at anything that seemed to move.With the leaf litter on the floor,the bushes and thorns and the tiny creatures chasing all over it was difficult to to know what was happening.At the end these are the presentable pictures which hopefully conveys the chilling drama.
