Dr. Jim Reeve is a dynamic teacher and preacher of God’s Word. His delivery is marked by a unique blend of practical scholarship, humor and inspiration. Dr. Reeve’s messages challenge people’s intellect and touch their hearts. As the Senior and founding Pastor of Faith Community Church in Southern California, he pastors one of the most influential churches in the nation. Under his direction, Faith Community Church has grown from a handful of people in 1980 to over 10,000 in attendance every week. He received his BA from Hope International University and his MA and PhD from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dr. Reeve’s television ministry, Balanced Living, airs nationally and internationally. He and his wife Marguerite have been married 37 years; have three grown children, two daughters in law, and five grandchildren.

Happy memories when I found I still had this copy of Practical Wireless from 1975. It was the feature on the front of this that at least partly led me to some years of DJ'ing in the late 70s and early 80s. :)

There are two ways to achieve the awareness and the experience of the Soul. One, is the 'kramic' marg, which is a step-by-step path where one has to do penance, meditation, stay obedient to a guru (teacher) and slowly and steadily get acquainted with his Soul.
The other is the 'Akram' marg, the step-less path, akin to a lift, where one gets direct Self-realization because of a Gnani's blessing (without penance, meditation,etc). However, such an Akram marg is an exception and it is only available sometimes.
Pujya Deepakbhai talks about the Akram marg of Param Pujya Gnani Purush Dada Bhagwan, where fundamentally, two things should be understood - 1. Who am I? and 2. How does this world function? Or who is the real doer?
With this basic understanding, most of our worng understanding / beliefs will be corrected. This Spiritual Science of Akram marg will help us practically in our daily lives.
