After the designs for the Badgermechen were captured from Germania, Montefalcan engineers revised and improved the design. The result, the TAZ-1 Orangutan, incorporates upper-body enhancements in addition to the powered legs. Also, a .50 cal machine gun on a rotating mount was fitted to the shoulder, allowing greater mobility and rate-of-fire than a handheld weapon would.

Operators are supposed to wear standard-issue crash helmets or garrison caps while in the Orangutan, but the vast majority favor wool fedoras instead.

So this is the V2 of the last powersuit I made, which is linked above. It's in bley, which makes it a good-guy powersuit. I like this one even better than the other version.

i fancied a change from powersuits and the attempts at breaking my own record on the size of those, so i built this :)

like it?

Another variant of Zeessi's suit. This one is supposed to be the counterpart of this guy.

Getting ready for fall. Too bad this photo came out a little dark. You can't appreciate the details of the suit. It's dark brown piped in black. The perfect power suit.

Because Technic figures in robot armor is awesome

Group of white scars terminators.

I added the description of the individuals in the picture.

Chaplains are spiritual leaders that fight alongside their battle-brothers chanting the Chapter's sacred battle creeds, and inspiring their brethren to greater feats of bravery.

So inspired by these warrior-priest, i built the model wrapped in a grey robe, with great iron Halo on his head and a chain belt with book hanging.

My introduction to Dorvack was in the late 1980s, with the old Gunze Sangyo plastic model kits of the power armor suits. These were 1/24 scale, and a much cheaper, but still nice, substitute purchase in lieu of the exotic and more expensive mixed-media 1/20 Nitto SF3D powered armor suit kits of the time.

The Dorvack Powered Armor had a particularly bulbuous look to them, maybe inspired by the real-life JIM diving suit?

I do plan to make this LEGO model design with real bricks real soon.

This Raptor tech and design was hijacked by malicious Blacktron forces. They nicknamed their version to 'Sentinels'.

Little is known about the modifications made by the Blacktron engineers. It is believed their efforts were focussed on on sabotage, data theft and stealth technology (as usual..)

My second character from WH40K is the Terminator Librarian Beleg Draugluin from Fenris. Scrolls and seals around the armour shows his role of Rune Priest.

Master of the esoteric arts, the Rune Priest is warrior mystics who unleash the power of the Warp onto the 41st Millennium's battlefields.

With crackling bolts of lightning and storms of telekinetic force, he smite the enemies of the Imperium, serving Space Wolves as both peerless loremaster and masterful battle leader.

He is wearing a Psychic Hood to enhance his psychic strength and protect him from the psychic abilities of the foe.

Mount a storm bolter on the vambrace and held Thunder Hammer to slash away enemies.

Working Girl! Back to Back client meetings today. Got my game face on and my power suit (does anybody remember those?... lol).

Anyway... wish me luck.

<1980s TV cartoon title sequence voice>

"Mechtopus... Spidercrab... Hammerhead... Mechinoderm.

Four unique powersuits modeled after undersea creatures and harnessing the power of the ocean. Piloted by a team of specialists, they are Humanity's first line of defense against the dark forces of the world beneath the waves. Individually, they are powerful. Together, they are almost unstoppable. Only a lucky few have what it takes to pilot the giant robotic armour of what the world calls... Neptune's Children!"

~~~
Not built as any sort of media tie-in, this year's Mechtober team does look a lot like they _ought_ to be connected to some obscure 1980s cartoon series. Between the Power Rangers-esque colour coding and the one good-guy vehicle that seems a bit uncool and no-one wants to play the pilot of (looking at you, Mechinoderm), I could totally see a 1980s-style cartoon centred around these.
The Trooper (left) and Retrotech (right) variants of the base Heckler hybrid mechsuit are both built to showcase the chassis versatility and customizability while maintaining a similar theme.
My last creation about Warhammer 40k universe: a duel between Centurion vs Ork warboss on a base with gothic ruins. I changed something on characters like melee weapon, shield, servo-skull and headgear on centurion and added shoulder cannon on ork.
Inspiration comes from golden demon's duel category small dioramas!
Finally, instructions for Centurion are ready now! Project is mine, instructions are made by Simone Bissi:
The features are:
- Pdf booklet in Lego style
- parts list
- files for bricklink and rebrickable for an easy search for all the bricks.
I ended the presentations of my character inspired by Ezekyle Abaddon from WH40K universe. Here I loved to rebuild him as Warmaster of Chaos
The MOC is completely customizable and can be posed standing, sitting or in action.
The choice of ornaments and color allows your creativity (or painting patterns) and you can also rebuild it as the captain of the Luna Wolves (pre heresy).
I hope you enjoy!
A new and improved version of my Sledger powersuit that I built a while ago. It now properly fits a minifig inside, but still has the excessive weight issues of the original, unfortunately.
Compared to my original attempt, this version of the Sledger is based off of the player variant, and is armed with a 30mm König gatling autocannon. The Sledger is arguably the most excessive powersuit in all of Brigador, and it remains one of my personal favorite mech designs of all time.
As always, reference images and other info for the Sledger can be found in the Brigador wiki.
Olive green! What better to do with it than fixing some army camo. Not at all that innocent, but where there's grass there's bound to be mud. Here's the U.S. Army variant of the Raptor series.Packing a gun arm, flares, rocket launcher and a sniper rifle on the back.
a new sprinter suit. yet again including the same movement functions as the Exiuscorp powersuit and the speed suit! will it stop? No. ;)
made as a 3rd entry into Cam M.'s contest
my smallest hardsuit (again) to fit a whole figure! AND it features the same leg movement technique as in this :D (credit for use!)
1x Movment system
2x HandTohand weapon system
2x Fire range weapon system
... damned, they are 5 !
Here it is my new WH40K character, the Veteran Champion!
I was inspired by the funnystuffs's models for this new character.
I rebuilt the greaves and feet, taking example from flic.kr/p/MTnbeN. The difference between previous models is that it stands on his feet, without a base.
He carries a small dagger on his side in addition to power sword, and wears ornaments like purity seal, scroll and iron halo.
Furthermore my Veteran Champion is set more dynamically so I'm satisfied because it is always challenging to built in the right pose.
A figbarf that includes some characters I shall be useing in my elseworld story if the app (that was suposed to be up today but is going to be up tommorow ,hopefully) if it gets accepted.
A render from... last week, I guess, that I forgot to post. Featuring the Saracen.
Red is overdone.
So what? :P
Well, Shiptember is gone but not lost. I actually started late (around Sept 10) and my 30 days haven't runned yet. Still on thw works.
But I'm confessing my love for the Strahl in this early Ma.ktober throw out. Hope more to come
A more intensive refit of the Heckler hybrid mechsuit, this Retrotech variant foregoes hands altogether and removes the 'head' eye sensor in exchange for a bit more built in weaponry (a pair of chainguns plus light Gauss Cannon) and an open clear-view canopy for the cockpit.
Also equipped with Ion thrusters on the back for maneuverability in hostile low-gravity environments.
While not as efficient as normal versions in non-combat utility roles, this variant serves as a fast and evasive skirmisher when expeditionary conflict situations escalate.
Round II of my "Maschinen Krieger Deviations"
Here's a four fighters PKA unit supported by a Pz Aufk Gans - I've built mine based on Krueger's design, with the rail gun instead of a dual set of missile launchers
The Suits colors were supposed to feature a "Urban" camouflage style; so the cluttered diorama would feature them blending with the "ruined concrete" style of post-apoc city leftovers.
Suits are heavily inspired in the Melusine design, but with a smoother front armor curve. Being a specialized team, they fulfill different tasks and feature different sensors and weapons. All of them are directly derived from my PKA Schidlkröte presented in last years Ma.ktober, so they will all feature the PKA Ausf "S" name tag.
From left to right:
Pz Aufk Gans (Canon Maschinen Krieger)
PKA Ausf S Roterhai
PKA Ausf S Nashorn
PKA Ausf S Weißefuchs
PKA Ausf S KunststĂŒck
About the Decals, all of them are Lego original decals cutten to size; the front pieces are actually the original decal "frame", which rests on the decal sheet when you peel pieces off.
Hope you guys like it, C&C always appreciated
Second CS Raptor. A somewhat lighter version with a slightly different back section. All gray with a purpose: communications! Used as a relay on exploration missions, duh!
Thanks again to I Scream Clone for the windscreen :)
