I've paid lots of attention to the Pink Dogwood in our yard, but the white Dogwood is just as beautiful!

Week 41: Get Pushed (October 8th - 14th)
-----------------------------------------------------------
This week the "52 Weeks" group did a challenge swap in assigned pairs. I was challenged by Timothy Valentine to take a photo of water. I took photos of a reservoir, a pond, and a little river - - the river was the one I chose. I processed it in Photoshop to emphasize the motion of the water rushing past the rocks, which brought out the hints of orange leaves in the tumbling currents.

This old farmstead seems abandoned but otherwise the property appears to be maintained. I believe there was a farmhouse here too at one time (in the grassy foreground).
Mobile photo developed using Darktable 3.6.0. Additional post-processing and texture work done in Photoshop.
