Element contour plots: display contour plots on all element topologies (1D, 2D and 3D elements) simultaneously
This is what happens when you have to work on a friday night and procrastinate with photoshop instead....
From my first strobist shoot.
Strobist: Canon 430EX on camera right, 580EX II in front of model with small softbox. Some ambient light coming thru the window.
I'm still searching my pp-style.
Flickr sharpening seems to be too much for this.

The Chapel of Christ at Lutz-Austell Chapel, part of the Holiday Homes Tour, organized by the Cleveland County Arts County. This photo is a result of a great deal of post processing, including HDR and masking work with Photoshop.
If you are shooting on a camera with an APS-C-sized sensor, look out for a 35mm f/1.8 lens. However, the 50mm f/1.8 on an APS-C sensor is equivalent to 80mm, which makes this lens a great option for those wanting to shoot portrait images on a budget.

Marsa Alam (Arabic: مرسى علم) is a town in south-eastern Egypt, on the west coast of the Red Sea. It is currently seeing increasing popularity as a tourist destination and development including the opening of Marsa Alam Airport in 2001.
Marsa Alam is situated near the Tropic of Cancer where the Arabian Desert meets the Red Sea, and it has the appearance of a tropical paradise with its palm trees, mangroves and sea coasts fringed with barrier coral reefs. It has already gained a strong reputation amongst scuba divers due to its numerous and unspoilt diving sites both along the coast and offshore. Sightings of spinner dolphins, dugongs and hammerhead sharks are a frequent occurrence for those who venture into its waters.

Photographed with a Canon Digital Rebel through a Kodak Duaflex at the Alameda County Fair in California.
I post processed this in Canon Digital Photo Professional to increase saturation and contrast.
My first experiments in Tilt Shift Miniature Faking. The picture was not originally taken with this technique in mind, so the depth of field is not ideal.
This is the original image.
Want to learn how to do it? Here is a great tutorial.

Find a four leaf clover Leprechaun. Get a new mask Jason. There's a new evil in town and he has some strings to pull. Coming soon to a theater probably not in your area and never to appear on DVD. Howdy Doody is Woodman!
Apps: Abstractme, PhotoWizard.
This is the first of a series of variations from a baseline photo of an orchid.

The premise of the exercise was the if one started out with a seed image which was both natural and full of structure and symmetry, one would continue to get images which appeared "natural", even though the provoked perceptions may be quite different.
I used PS Elements. In this case, what I see (I know you probably see something different) is a combination between a strawberry, a cows head, and a giant bug's head.
I put this silly title on since I know that a lot of people will be searching Flickr for those two names today, and instead of seeing Beauty and the Beast they'll be treated to My Creature.
“Overhoeks” is the latest addition to the Amsterdam-Noord quarters; located on the former Shell Research site, opposite of Amsterdam Central Station on the IJ banks.
Overhoeks is a typical growth area, where residential areas, industrial areas as well as areas for other commercial exploitations are developed. Newest addition to Overhoeks is Film institution EYE.
Shell have not left the area, they have moved a few blocks further down ’t IJ; separated by apartments, the offices perfectly blend in, the shell marks the spot. It is called Shell Technology Centre Amsterdam.
Here’s a wiki article on ’t IJ, which IMHO is wrong. The river is called ’t IJ, where the article refers to it as IJ.
