I've blocked out the dates, but otherwise, this plan is close to what I'll be doing next at work. This organized chaos is all part of the Project Planning course I am taking through the Digital Humanities Summer Institute.

Don't Forget
We are going away for Christmas tomorrow and there are an awful lot of things we must remember to take with us. So I thought I would help Caz out and write a few things down. I know she won't really forget me and Leo, but I thought I'd put us on there just to be on the safe side!

Tools matter.
This poster, at the Education Café, asked a simple question that I ask many designers and artists: what are your favorite tools? The answers are always instructive, but this poster, in the middle of the MakerFaire, helped me think through what I think we need at my school's design lab. Pencil and paper is critical of course, but knives and scissors and zip ties and PVC cutters and hand drills... It's a lot to think about. @DaveGray, I also remembered to put your Semigram/"Forms fields and flows" in there, too.
