Inspired by this wonderful mug by artist Amelia (ladypilot84). I added the Art Bubble but her mugs are truly works of art.

It has a flower stem for a handle. I hope you like it.

"Good morning Anna!

Have a great Day.

Did the tooth fairy come?

The book in the bathroom is for you & Bub.

I love you!

Love mom"

"Dear mom

Do you mean this book?

I'll see you Thursday night

Lots of love

Annalise"

This mug has an overall ceramic body with a middle wrap of wood and then a metal base part. Then the handle is half ceramic and half wood. I hope you like it.

"Did you know that the original name for Pac-Man was Puck-Man? You'd think it was because he looks like a hockey puck but it actually comes from the Japanese phrase 'Paku-Paku,' which means to flap one's mouth open and closed. They changed it because they thought Puck-Man would be too easy to vandalize, you know, like people could just scratch off the P and turn it into an F or whatever."

Adrian is going around adding "no pack" post-it notes to cupboards and a great deal of objects which aren't getting shipped to the States.

When I was a young man, all who knew you were fishing understood that you were unreachable. Now you have to spell it out.

WIT; Camera flash to blow out around the Post-it and some cropping to remove the aluminum frame around my office's sliding glass door.

I wrote my dog a love note and she tried to eat it!

A close up of the peace wall started as a positive response to the looting that took place in Manchester in the riots of 2011. The notes ranged a wide gambit of feelings and thoughts. Some expressed disappointment, some were outraged, others put a political spin on their notes, others offered support to those affected. Finally some just wanted to say "Fuck Man. City", a reference to the football rivalry within the city. The notes came from young and old, foreign and natives, and covered the whole wall.

While on vacation in Chicago I stoped by the Apple Store. It was quite the spectacle seeing everyone pause for a moment on the street. Many random people stopped by to leave their thoughts and memories. The store was filled with people and Steve Jobs name carries on.

I always feel like I got a 1-up once I get my morning coffee. I hope you like it.

I call it Cubicleism, not Cubism.

Kind of feeling like I'm pulling a "Joaquin Phoenix" by telling everybody I'm done with my 365, and now deciding not to let it go quite yet... but in the end it is my project for me to do what I please. Let's just say I got some very heartfelt thoughts and advice from somebody I have a lot of respect for. They didn't necessarily try to convince me to continue the project, they instead gave me some of their experiences and thoughts for me to think about. So I've decided that I just need to make a slight shift to my mindset regarding this project, and thats what I'm going to try and do.

So I heard it. And it reminds me of fast cars, which was my least favorite song on Atomic Bomb. But after listening to it around, um, 7 or 8 times, I have to say it's growing on me. It's still Bono.

Oh, and I did this after the first time I heard it, and now I think the lyric might be 'Let Me In The Sound' - but oh well.

AGGGHHHH - Am getting a headache, possibly as a result of the rather rowdy night with the girlies we had yesterday - GRACE IS 14!!! WOOP WOOP!!!

Unfortunately, Zen is ill so we had to ring her and pretend she was there. She had to have her own 1 man party at home in bed. *sigh*

I have so much to edit!

Am now switching from Fat Boy Slim to The Beatles. It's doing my head in.

Inspired by my new custom Adidas sneakers that just arrived yesterday. I hope you like it.

But not from self. From Mr Dixon. Good use of the underline Mr Dixon.

Dodger was my pet Chihuahua and a long standing member of my family since 1999. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to him. He had quite a life and he will be missed. (1999-2014) I made his tail the handle.

This is what I do when I should be working on my comprehensives. Oh well, reading week is for, well, doing anything but reading.

Browsing my RSS feeds (I guess that counts as reading, doesn't it?) I noticed that Jason Kottke had posted about origami. In the post, inspired by a recent article on Robert Lang, an origamist extraordinaire, Kottke posted a link to a simple origami project and a photo of the finished product.

In the past I've been more than frustrated by paper folding; I think it's the representation of a three dimensional object in two dimensions that gets me. But, after having stumbled through the instructions once (and getting the subject of the next photo in my stream), I ended up with my very own post-it-note box. What an achievement!

The pattern is based on the Bow Truss logo and I added a T-shirt coaster under it. I hope you like it.

I haven't had a coffee tragedy in a while so today the glass mug has a hole in it.
