114 in 2014: Mystery S, by JJ Abrams and Doug Dorst have created one of the most beautiful books I have ever seen. From the "Wired" review: "Impressively smart, engaging...Filled with secrets and stories that are endlessly beguiling and inviting... Reading S., and trying to decode everything [was] an incredibly enjoyable, fun experience, as well as a particularly immersive one... For all its mysteries and intrigues, this is a book about the value of books, and what they can offer us that other storytelling mediums cannot."
Don & Tracie were incredible! They were an absolute joy to work with. This image was one that Tracie requested. They used it for their thank you notes.
"What gentle art to confine
By plane of paper - folded line.
What magic here to capture me,
In infinite variety."

Bag: Timbuk2 Custom Messenger w/ X-Pac center panel.
This is hands-down the best bag I have ever owned. Almost 1 year old and I feel as thought I am still breaking it in.

Boris and Bela's daughter for Drawlloween No. 29! On a post-it note! It's always 1934 somewhere! #drawlloween2016
By now you've seen one or more variations on this image; a lovely little rendering of Grumpy Cat holding a sign, content subject to change. What you probably don't know is the name of the artist who made the original image, because other people are cropping his signature out of the image and adding their own. Since it took me less than 7 minutes to find the original source for Grumpy Cat Sign via google reverse image search, I don't really think there's much of an excuse for "I don't know where this came from".

Haven't been well the last couple of days, so this is just a quick shot that kind of sums up how I feel.
Anyway, I know you'd love to:

Bowens Gemini Pro 500 with brilliantly big softbox above camera pointing down at 45 degrees, set on 3.4. Two other Bowens with disappointingly smaller softboxes camera left and right at 30 degrees pointing at the back of the idiot pictured, set on 4. Triggered by PC cord cable.
