All the words on the post-it notes mean the same thing. But in different language.

I'm not sure about viet and indo..coz there seems to be more than one way of saying it so...I hope it's right!

For anyone who is interested in what language this all is:

mahal kita - tagalog

ich liebe dich - german

ti amo - italian

Σ΄αγαπώ - greek (I don't think I copied it right :s)

te quiero - spanish

사랑해 - korean

君を愛してる - japanese

I love you - english

我愛你 - chinese

je t'aime - french

Em yêu anh - viet (I seen on net that there are different ways to say it? to a guy it's one and to a girl is another? I hope some viet can tell me? thanks :D)

aku cinta kamu - indonesian (not too sure if that's right, too many versions I've found on the net..hope it's right! ^^)

Ik hou van je - dutch

Táim i ngrá leat - irish (soo many versions :s)

Jag älskar dig - swedish

Easter worm count...on a post-it note!

Dear Marissa Mayer, CEO of Yahoo, could you please explain what WTF means to my 7 year old cats? Everytime I click a link on your new site that used to be Flickr, I exclaim loudy, WTF? And of course like any 7 year old who hear a word a thousand times, they are repeating constantly what their Daddy said. So, I would personally like to thank you for turning my cats into Potty Mouths.

PS. Don't ask for feedback and then take none of it.

You did not make over the site, you completely changed it.

You have 80 million(?) people with Flickr mail that could have gotten an email asking them what they would like to see changed and how. You didn't ask one. They are your customers, they wont steer you wrong.

Flickr apparently is run by Computer Geeks who have no idea what Photographer Geeks want.

Post-it notes make excellent bookmarks. I was told that an engineer had developed a new glue with low adhesive quality and long-lasting stickiness. His company couldn't think of a use for the glue. He sang in a church choir and found his glue useful, when coated on paper, as bookmarks in his hymn book. Great idea 😀

These are two Bibles, the top copy is the Authorised Version (KJV) of 1611, standardised in 1769, with the prefatory section "The Translators to the Reader", the one underneath is the 2011 New International Version.

I shot something similar to this for my project 365, on day 38 (see below)! However, I wanted to try and recreate it using my new iPhone macro lens!

I used colourful post-it notes for the background this time, instead of coloured pencils!

Whilst it's nowhere near as sharp as my previous attempt, using a Nikon D300 and Nikon 105mm f/2.8 macro lens, I still quite like it!

I don't think the iPhone and its companion have done a bad job for such an inexpensive piece of kit, do you?

Public art installation on a storefront window in Carroll Gardens. It’s a question every New Yorker wonders – how much is my neighbor paying for their apartment? "I’ve Lived" was an interactive installation that helped demystify the topic by inviting local residents and other passers-by to share information about their living situation. Inspired by Illegal Art's "To Do" installation, this participatory project covered a storefront window with Post-it notes stamped with specific fill-in-the-blank forms. Passers-by could fill in a note with their own apartment information and balk at the high and low numbers paid by others. By the end of the week, the window will transformed into a useful collection of personal notes created by and relevant to the community, while serving as a reflection of changing real estate values.

"I've Lived" was created by Candy Chang and was part of the Windows Brooklyn exhibit that paired artists with storefront windows in Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens June 14-22, 2008.

Thank you so so much!

I almost cant belive it...I really tried to get the exact screen grab..and was hovering patiently for about 10 minutes, waiting on 3 views and 8 jumped over all at once! So there you see below, my stream's had One Frigging Million views, thank you so much!

For TOTW and Green from ROY G BIV

this shall be my temporary title until I can think of a better one. i love bokeh, rainy days, umbrellas, post it notes and taylor swift. what more can a girl ask for? :)

I've fallen sick guys! :o Runny nose, no... actually it's blocked like crazy and I have to breathe through my mouth. And it had to attack me when I am having 5 hour sleep nights and 10 hour work days with 5 hour breaks in between. SIGH. Not that I'm complaining about work because I am loving it! The cameramen and crew and basically the whole team at the YOG Swimming venue I've been assigned to is just bloody brilliant! :D They are great people, and it'll be sad when this ends in six days. Great experience, won't regret it I think! :) Still, it is tiring... :s

But anyway, t'was raining today, and we had a break in between the swimming sessions. So I thought I'd play with the amazingly green umbrella (only a part shown in said pic haha) and I really wanted to use a Taylor Swift song for a picture, so... :) Great song! *It came out better than expected. :o

I've been meaning to take pictures with some of the foreign athletes... damn I really need to pluck up the courage to go up and ask them "Hey! Can I take a picture with you?" I mean, it's that easy right? HAHAHAHAHAHA. I wish.

(worst thing is that they are younger than I am, but look older than I do. -.- Major dilemma here)

Okay, I'm going to bed now... My nose is killin' me!!!!! >:(

You guys have a great week! I can't thank you enough for all the views and everything! Sorry I haven't had time to visit your streams!!! I try to favourite as much as I can! :)

My PRINT GIVEAWAY is still open *hint* :)

...for Drawlloween 2019. On a post-it note!

January 1st is a great day and what better day then this to pull of another 365....-- Did i really just say that? But this just isn't a 365, its a 366 because of the leap year! That was the deciding factor for me Feb 29th and that extra day just makes this project worthy of an attempt. I really really debated on taking on another project that is so intense but Photography is such a huge part of my life and creating images that are swirling around in my thoughts just seems like the best thing to do. We only have one life and i feel so fortunate that photography is my job and my passion mixed into one that i feel like i gota go at it full swing and i gota keep that thought process open to whatever is near me and taking photos is what i feel so drawn to as that expression ...

I also read a booked called "Bounce" and that has influenced me as well to keep putting in hours and hours. Matt says its somewhere in the 10,000 hour mark worth of practice and dedication that athletes achieve master of a skill. (Thats a little over 3 hours a day for 10 years at least---im not even close :0) So here i go into the world of 366 and having did a 365 already in 2010 this seems like its gonna even be harder 2nd time around. I know its gonna be a crazy crazy year and road ahead but i gota keep shooting and this project is a way that seems like along with the agony, mental suffering, endless thoughts of brainstorming and sleepless nights i can make some kind of inspiration for myself and others. Im excited to see what 2012 has in store and looking forward to this 366. My motivation is high and i have paper notes everywhere with little ideas scribbled on them, Im ready for this. Its like a war i tell ya. Me vs 366.

I will be taking a photo everyday in 2012 from when my eyes open to when they close thats the only rule... ..wish me luck im gonna need it :0

“Subway Therapy” notes are the brainchild of Matthew Levee Chavez, who, months before the big election, began giving commuters the opportunity to participate in “subway therapy” by chatting with him. After the election, he had the idea to let people post their own messages on the wall.

The project quickly took off, and in the weeks since, most of the walls of the Union Square subway station have been thickly blanketed with the notes expressing frustration, solidarity, sympathy and other emotional messages, alongside the occasional social media handle or other self-promotion.

Now, many of these quaint little post it notes will be preserved as historical record. The New York Historical Society has collected about 4,000 Post-It Notes from the walls of the station with the goal of archiving them as a crowd sourced portrait of an emotional moment in the city’s history.

I'm recovering from a cold at the moment, so I'm not really moving too far from my bed right now. Couple this with the fact that I own absolutely nothing which is pink, other than a pad of post-it notes, today's photo required me to get a bit creative!
