I think the sizing is a lot more in proportion to the sock. Although I'm not quite sure if the circle outline looks as professional even though it is more unique.
The logo also looks best mid centre or just below the very top.

Sort of a mock-up of how the lights would attach. The front light had to be changed and the bracket extends behind it in my final setup.

t was very difficult to take this picture, the tripod would not remain quiet in the position I wanted, I spent very hard time LOL
The fingerboard is rough positioned on the neck block, with the truss wheel visible. Once carved, the fingerboard and block will have the same bottom curve to fit the neck pocket on the body of the bass. The maple lines are set and trimmed in the pau ferro slab.
