Three-Position Air Rifle Shooting is the most popular and fastest growing form of shooting sports competition for youth of high school age or younger. Two different Three-Position Air Rifle events are available. Precision Air Rifle is modeled after Olympic-style shooting and allows the use of specialized target rifles and equipment. Sporter Air Rifle is designed for new competitors or those who desire to compete with a minimum of equipment and expense.
In both types of shooting, competitors fire at targets at a distance of 10 meters in three different positions, prone, standing and kneeling. Three-Position Air Rifle provides young competitors with competitive shooting sports opportunities that can be offered on a wide variety of easily accessible or easily constructed ranges, with equipment that is commonly available at affordable costs.

Blending three images so that only the objects in motion show any colour.
Find a position for the tripod, with good contrast between static and moving objects, and take three shots.
Open the three shots in PhotoShop and check under Image>Mode that they are all RGB Color. Go to Image>Adjustments>Hue Saturation and drag the Saturation slider down to -100 ... do this for all three shots.
One shot will be the 'base' shot, and the other two will be copied and pasted onto it. You can drag it using the Move Tool. On your base shot, go to Window and click the Channels tab ... select Green. Now on the first of the other shots click Ctrl and A to select the entire image, click on the Move Tool and drag the image onto the base image. Use the Zoom Tool to enlarge one corner - it is then easier to use the arrows, up, down, and sideways, to ensure correct registration of the second image.
Now on the base image, select the Red Channel. Move the third image ... select all, drag it across, and check the registration. On the Channels tab of the base image, select RGB. Your image should be monochrome, but anything that moved between the three shots will be coloured.
Stølehalvøya southwest of Grimstad on November 15, 2023. World War II German machine gun position with associated bunker and possible observation post. This position is about 40 metres in a northeasterly direction compared to the previous one at the tip of the peninsula. It consists of an MG-position identical to the previous one, plus a small bunker for protection of the crew. The bunker has a square opening in the roof facing the sea. It is worth noting that it has nothing to do with a Ringstand 58c. This is rather a special construction, adapted to the terrain. It`s possible the Renault FT 17 turret was mounted here, but that`s just speculation. In the rear does a trench lead backwards towards the guard hut. In the yearbook "Liv i Landvik", published by Landvik Historielag, Bind IV, Hefte 1, 1999 does Betsy K. Stie have an article titled "Noen minner fra Krigsåra 1940-45" (Some memories from the war years 1940-45). In this she tells vividly and in detail about growing up at Støle during the war. Here I have translated a few sentences from the text on page 29: "The Germans had occupied a couple of huts at Nesvold and Vrakeviga. They had also taken Molland school for some time. They kept transporting out food and other materials to soldiers out there, with some huge wagons equipped with some huge wheels. The wheels were as big in front as the rear, and the carriage had a large box with the shape of a crib. The carriages were pulled by two big Brügger horses (...) They made trenches and bunkers from one hut to the other roughly. They did also put fence poles in the forest and laid out barbed wire. I think they expected an invasion from England."
