Many people have nice bikes and can use most of the parts if they upgrade the frame. We designed the FrameUpâ„¢ concept to allow you to get the basics: frame, fork, headset, seatpost, saddle, stem, spacers, bars and levers. The bike is set up as shown and you can put the rest of the parts on easily or have your LBS do so, since the setup is defined.

Teignmouth's position, sheltered behind a sandspit at the mouth of the River Teign, has assured its success as a port since the 13th Century.
In 1792 James Templer's Stover Canal enabled ball clay to be brought from beyond Newton Abbot directly to Teignmouth, where it was loaded on to sea-going vessels. From 1820 onwards this traffic was supplemented by Dartmoor Granite, where quarrying was encouraged by the opening of the Haytor Granite Tramway by George Templer, James's son. The Tramway linked up with the Stover Canal, and at Teignmouth the New Quay was built specifically to handle this traffic. The granite used for the building of London Bridge (not the current 1970s bridge, but John Rennie's 1831 bridge) was loaded on to sea-going ships at this point.
