the pork chops were prepared with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce using the joy of cooking method--which is to sear for a minute on each side then cover on low for 5 minutes ( i believe)

I made this a while back. And I made it without a recipe! O_O! :)

 

Pork chop breaded w/ bread crumbs and parmesean cheese, roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes. It was actually pretty good :)

the veggies tasted weird.. it's from a prewashed, prechopped, premixed bag for chinese stirfry... but it tasted like there was pickled in it @_@ still fibres and vitamins :P

 

the pork chop was great, though. i'm going to do a chop series ;) stay tuned!!
