The focaccia bread was the perfect accompaniment for sauted pork chops and roasted squash and turnips.
To make the vegetables I cut up a couple of large turnips and a small butternut squash into chunks. I added to that a handful of peeled shallots, 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped rosemary and 4 tablespoons of melted butter. All of this was roasted in a shallow pan in the oven for about one and a half hours. Delish.

Porkchop is one fun loving pup. He was more than happ to pose for the camera during a play break while staying at All Star Pet Resort in Torrance.
